Clean, tidy, modern and plenty of character. Staff friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond, especially to set up our room for a honeymoon welcome, it was very cute. Breakfast looked incredible, although we decided to go into the mall and get food from there. Which made it an awesome location having so much there. 100% coming back to this place

We had a great stay at Aloft Beachwalk. It’s connected to a huge shopping mall with tons of shopping and restaurants at your fingertips. We had some excellent food within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. The beach is close too. The facilities and room were clean and comfortable. We stayed on the last day of our trip and enjoyed relaxing and taking it easy. The breakfast selection was great with many different Asian and western options. The staff made us feel welcome and were helpful in adding on a few hours before our departure to the airport in the evening. If we’re back in Kuta, we would stay here again :)

The corridor of the first floor had too much human traffic. Probably best not to stay in that level.

The location is super convenient because it connects with the Beachwalk which is the big shopping mall in Kuta. Also, their breakfast is super yummy and a lot of choices even have fresh cooked noodles soup or stir-fried noodles. It was an amazing experience for us.

1) The room toilet door is almost transparent and there is no privacy if you stay with kids. 2) The toilet is also not fully seal. So everybody in the room would suffer if one is dumping in the toilet.

1) The hotel is located in the same complex as the Beachwalk Mall. Therefore there are lots of food choices. 2) The hotel is relatively new. 3) Staffs are friendly 4) The breakfast buffet has a good selection of foods.

My daughter and I spent 8 wonderful nights at Aloft Hotel last month, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short walk away. The mall next door had everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's thoughtful touches. The jars of goodies in the lobby were a lifesaver on busy mornings, and the sweet notes left in our room each day after cleaning added a warm, personal touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Located at one of the best malls in Bali, even though Kuta is not my favorable area due its bustling tourist area, but the mall certainly adds a good benefit. The room is pretty big with good set of amenities, and the property is well maintained. The Staffs are friendly as typical Balinese hospitality.

Hotel tried to charge me for an extra night even though I’d confirmed with two employees beforehand that I could cancel it. Had to escalate to the manager to fix the situation. It’s a long walk to the lobby along a side road if you’re outside mall opening hours.

Hip, modern hotel next to the mall. Staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are clean with nice decor.

The staff were great, friendly and courteous. Facilities were plenty and location is very good. Pool is warm at night too. Room is clean and comfy. An overall good value for money hotel to stay.
