Excellent property. Could not fault a single thing. Every single member of staff we encountered was pleasant and there to help. The villas are situated in the center of Seminyak but still tucked in not to be able to hear a sound from the busy streets outside. Facilities are great. Thank you, you made our stay even more special!!!

The lounge wasn’t very comfortable.

The spaces were beautiful and well set up. The rooms were perfect. The walk to the villa is long but well worth it to be away from any noise. The Spa was amazing and the gym is adequate for a holiday workout. Food and room service 10 out of 10 and Heri and the team were amazing!!!!

Amazingly beautiful property from the moment you walk in. So clean and the villas have everything you could need and want. Extremely private and location is perfect. Staff were so accommodating and so lovely to deal with. The spa treatment is second to none. Will definitely be returning, can not wait to stay here again.

My only comment is that the bed sheets weren’t changed when the room was cleaned - we only noticed on the last night so I’m not sure if that was the case from the beginning of our stay.

The villa is beautiful, the staff are amazing, the breakfast and room service food is so so good. The attention to detail, the service. Everything is great I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at eqUILIBRIA. The quality of the accommodation and service was superb. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from arrival through to checkout, the quality and design of the facilities were exceptional (massage experience was amazing), and the One-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool was sleek, clean and a very comforting experience. Personal butlers would deliver the complimentary breakfast every morning at our chosen time and the food was delectable, it was a highlight of our whole trip. The service of the butlers was superb. Gede, Heri, Dwita and Fauzi were kind and gentle, and went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. Thank you eqUILIBRIA for such a delightful stay!

The gym could be improved

Convenient and cute that they offered complimentary drives to the close by areas. The all day breakfast was the cherry on top and gave easy vacay vibes. Their complimentary classes we had the chance to attend one cooking class and it was fun.

Everything perfect.

Everything was incredible. The staff were a highlight for me: super friendly, great company, and they were hugely understanding when I got hit with Bali belly on the last day and had to stay longer than the intended check out time. Fantastic place.

The detailed design of these villa’s were amazing, all which coincided with the level of service which was received from the moment we walked in the main entrance, at which time we were greeted by our personal assistant, Gede, who looked after every detailed over our four day stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending these villa’s, make sure you ask for Gede!
