Location is in crowded area so getting in and out with car is always a challenge.

Staff is polite and friendly and helpful. They have so many activities you can do and there is a common pool.

Outstanding stay at eqUILIBRA! We had the waterfall villa which is breathtaking and felt instantly like home. The features such as the full panoramic glass doors that open from the living room overlooking the pool is stunning! The food is superb and the floating breakfast which we had every morning laid out beautifully is something we are going to miss very much! The main pool and areas surrounding are all very well kept and very very peaceful considering you are in the centre of busy seminyak. You are unable to hear noise pollution which is great if you are wanting a relaxing stay but the location is fantastic if you want to be within walking distance to great bars/restaurants. Finally, the MOST standout highlight of our stay at eqUILIBRA was the staff who work there. I honestly cannot compliment them enough, they are all superb and I have never experienced levels of service that is anywhere near comparable anywhere else. I am in the motor industry and work for a luxury German manufacturer and I will certainly be implementing some of these practices in our showroom because they truly go the extra mile for their customers and make you feel very special. Special mention to both Rizky who could not help us enough and especially Dinata who we would now call a personal friend and hope we can meet up with again when we visit Bali in the future. Everything about this place is sensational and I will recommend it to anyone and everyone who is looking to visit the beautiful island of Bali. Thank you eqUILIBRA for making our trip the most memorable experience possible and we will certainly be back!

the fact that the living room of the signature villa (which is upstairs while the bedroom and bathroom are downstairs) doesnt have an attached toilet. So each time you have to go down to use the toilet under the rain some time since the stairs are outside.

everything Central location Delicious breakfast A la carte with limited options (we could only choose one main, one dessert for instance) but they were nice enough to allow sometimes we taking 2 each. The villas (especially signature) was amazing. The 50m2 one is really small though (we were a couple with 2 kids. Even the afternoon snack was yummy. The service was of high standard and the overall hotel was well maintained, clean and amazing. Would definetely return there anytime Oh and they have a playstation!!! Which was nice and we played during rainy days

These Villas were the highlight of my trip. The most beautiful luxury villas, the best service, the most beautiful staff and heaps of benefits! They offered free taxi service to Finn’s within certain times, VIP cards at FINNS, free taxi service around Seminyak, complimentary 20 minute massage (which may I mention was the best massage we had in Bali). The spa rooms were absolutely breathe taking like nothing I have ever seen before. The floating breakfast is a must. They even gave us candles with our names on them! It was an amazing stay and a special one.
