I loved everything. The only bothersome thing is that there is a construction on a property next to, so I was awaken 2 days in a row very early (before 7am) to the sounds of very loud hammering.

Everything: the hotel is gorgeous, clean and quite. A true little oasis. But what makes this hotel special is the staff! Filippa the owner and all her staff are the kindest and the most helpful people and made my stay very relaxing. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel is close to the beach, and is surrounded with good restaurants and cafes. They also have their own filtered water so you can brush your teeth with the tap water.

Everything was lovely truly - however my one slight niggle was the pillows, which we all found slightly too high for our preference. But we all still slept well, so certainly wasn’t a big deal.

Amar is a beautiful boutique hotel. Filipa and her staff were lovely and friendly. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The room was lovely, but it was called a “suite” which we felt imply that there was a separate living area and bedroom, but it was in fact a normal hotel room set up.

Amar was cozy, well decorated and made good use of its space.

The breakfast is delicious and more than enough. The place is very clean, and Tia, one of the staff members, is absolutely fantastic. You can really tell that the team goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The area is starting to be built up as the location is amazing. A little loud with surrounding construction, but his is hard to avoid in Bali. Once in the hotel walls and pool, it is a little oasis. The breakfast is fresh but repetitive after a few days. As a 4 star hotel, more breakfast options would be expected.

Perfect location just outside the hustle and bustle of Canggu, and only a 5 min scooter ride to all the key places. The rooms feel private with high ceilings and plenty of space.

The mattress was not my favourite.

The location is perfect. Owner is very friendly and helpful and full of ideas for restaurants and activities. Breakfast is delicious and healthy, loved it. Swimming pool area is really nice and the whole vibe is just relaxing. Last but not least, the staff is amazing and so helpful. Really enjoyed my stay!

The team were just lovely. So welcoming and kind in there attention. The breakfast was really very very good. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. They're a good size and wifi worked well. We stayed for just 4 nights here so if longer I'd consider having tv being good but I understand this is outside what the very lovely owners are trying to achieve and... you still have wifi access so no big deal.

The breakfast was exceptional. To be honest... almost too big but you have the choice of simply just not choosing all options. When on holiday it's a bit more difficult to decline such a generous offer but generally, juice, pastry, fruit and granola with coffee was ample. Though I'm used to espresso coffee I still really enjoy Bali style coffee.
