Air conditioner is not blowing cold air

Full english breakfast is perfect. Jaccuzi and pool is great. Bathroom is large. Hot water is working. Bamboo mat on the floor helps to avoid slip on the wet floor. We love the smell of hand wash. The hotel complex is great, view is superb.

The narrow road to the villa in need of repair very badly and very soon.

Nice pool overlooking the ocean, clean and quiet black sand beach for a morning or evening walk. One of the best and generous a la carte English breakfast complete with juice, fresh fruit, pastry and a pot of hot tea served at the patio of our villa.

Bathroom smelt really bad from the plumbing. Weak aircon. Getting to the retreat was a mission as its in the middle of no where, and every Gojek driver sighed at the roads driving in, but that's expected when going to a retreat to relax. No Gojek/Grab service, only Taxi's can be ordered at the front desk. Recommend to sort out a driver.

Check in was very easy. The room was very big, comfortable and clean. Loved the infinity pool and beachfront and sunset views. Great breakfast and very lovely staff. Also the spa/massage is amazing, best I had in Bali.

The food is okay, but sometimes I found the price too high for what it was, when you add tax and service fees on top. And since there are no other cafes or restaurants nearby you kind of have to pay the price. But that's all good and just my own opinion:-) and still the service is great :-) As mentioned the outdoor area is a dream, the rooms though a bit old in comparison to the whole area. A little bit different than I expected from the photos shown. But supplied with everything one needs.

The outdoor area, both pools and the stunning view were just amazing! The staff is great and super friendly!!!!!! Really thank you for being wonderful to all staff members that we've met :-) so welcoming and helpful! The spa was amazing as well, we had really good massages. The long beach is first of all beautiful due to the black volcano sand and very empty during the day. Towards sunset it gets a bit more crowded since it seems to be a great spot for quads, 4x4 tours and motorbikes as well as fotoshoots :-) nice to just watch or taking a tour as well :-)

to start with the villas are beautiful and spacious, the best there is the bathroom! the garden is amazing and the view form the 2 pools is breathtaking. the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the food in the restaurant is really good. the breakfast: omg a lot to choose from, they prepare even vegan versions, and on top of all the portions and variety is top top. spa is also great, the best treatment I had on the island. all was amazing value for money

Our Jacuzzi-wouldn’t fill, it kept leaking and there isn’t enough hot water to warm the spa anyway. The ‘Bakery’-we only were served STALE !😡 Even after rejecting the donuts, we were brought more stale ones.. The receptionist made a point of showing us the the Bakery but we were very disappointed. The pastries served at breakfast are merely yesterdays produce warmed..they still taste Old!! DON’T use the bakery as a feature if you mostly concentrate on producing items to be sold elsewhere.

Right on the beach-the location is amazing and the grounds are immaculate. BBQ lunch-pork ribs were sensational🙌

Villa only has part ocean view. No Information package in the villa. There is no menu. Staff didn't give us wifi pw or explain lighting or how to lock gate, needs a password for a padlock. We had to make a lot of phone calls to get all the information. Kitchen not fully equipped, old dirty dishwasher cloth. The villa expensive, so we thought they could have provided a new cloth. Also No tea towels to dry dishes if needed. Noisy air con in master bedroom. Many sand flies that bite, you need bug spray. Resort does provide if ask. Many ants around living area pool and area.

Modern private villa with pool, comfortable bed, good bathroom products. Resort has nice beachfront restaurant and large jacuzzi nice at sunset. Beautiful sunsets. Lovely spa, Indonesian ritual package recommended. Nice friendly helpful staff.

The resort is located a bit far from the "Bali center" but this makes it extra calm and exclusive. The beach is stunning, the wide and strong ocean waves are washing the black sand, the sun is falling into the ocean - it was a really unforgettable memory. The little villas are nicely separated, the garden is beautiful, the restaurant is good. We also liked the infinity pool and the ocean view from our terrace. The villa was spatious our luggage had a separate room which made it really comfortable. We had a big fridge and once asked to serve our dinner to the terrace which was also great. I recommend it for those who are searching for peace and quiet on a beautiful beach.

it is a bit old and could benefit from renovation. ocean view villa is really large and if you keep bathroom door open - air conditioning won’t be enough to cool down the rooms

Great place to stay for a couple of days, we didn’t go anywhere from the hotel and spend days relaxing at the pool or enjoying the beach at sunset. food in the restaurant is nice and staff helped us to organise further transfer to our next property. we had a great time!

37km from airport on terrible roads. Took 1hr 50 minutes to get there after our evening flight. I expected it to take around half an hour.

if you are planing to travel amarta arrange your own transport. There is no any gojek or grab, because I was faced too much trouble for finding a transport from nakula. I was asked from receptionist to arranged transport and she asked $55 for the transport. be careful from those kind of people .

Only a small minor comment for the area- there are really no taxis available via Grab. But this is really a minor thing and not that important.

I liked absolutely everything about this place! We stayed at the ocean view willa and we loved it! The room was spacious and the view was amazing. The staff were so polite and welcoming. The massages we took were so good. The food at the Lilly restaurant was good as well. Oh and the sunsets there… just gorgeous! The hotel is located where the locals live. So driving there we got to see some local living which was great.
