From your first contact with Amnaya it is clear that this is a well managed hotell. Clear communication and responsive interaction on questions or requirements. Great rooms, food and service. Everything you could ask for from a 4-5 star hotell and easily the best one of the 6 hotells we stayed at during our Bali trip.

A lot of noise, disturbances and cleanliness of the facility. We stayed here a year ago but compared to then and now, things have worn off a lot, it looks not very neat anymore but anyways, the staff have been amazing.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful, although the rooms did not meet our expectation, we wanted to stay 4 days in one place for the peace of mind and booked something off the main road for quite and relaxing experience. Did not have good sleep or the peace of mind, but the staff went far way to make sure we feel comfortable.

Our second time staying here. Staffs is friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. There is no bad smell in the bathroom. The pressure of shower water is good. Breakfast is Ala carte but very filling. Fruits, fresh juice , entree, selection of bread, main course and hot drink. Thank you chef preparing soto for our breakfast on the last day of our stay. All the staff at the restaurant is very nice too. Location is little tuck away from the main road but easy access. We always get our little treat from the ice cream stall at the road entrance when walk back to the hotel, try them out!

Amazing resort and service here is execellent. Thank you so much for free upgrading my room to Amnaya suite. The biggest room in the resort. The breakfast here is awesome. The price is worthy. Will definitely come back again to stay here.

This stay was a lovely 24 hrs break in Kuta. I stayed with my 14 yo son so we were so happy to find out that a great aqua park Water Bomb is just next door. We loved the a la cart breakfast, the pool, the gym, the design of rooms and lobby. It’s super clean, quiet and feels luxurious. I’d love to be back and I think I will be. It is v close to the airport so lovely upon arrival or departure from Bali.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay . It was my birthday and a got a surprise cake and a towel art in my room . The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and as usual the dragon magic always steals my heart . We always stay at Amnaya when visiting Bali . Loved our stay and will keep coming back .

The staff were so friendly, the room was nice. A bit disappointed we didn't get a bath for the money but the experience was lovely. I personally didn't swim in the pool as I didn't feel comfortable being exposed to diners and people arriving. We liked the restaurant. The food was yummy. The chef consistently overcooks chicken to the point it becomes very dry and was inedible even with a drink on hand. The soft shell crab was delicious. Beware of scammers nearby. "KARMA" scammers. The toilet in the room is a bit close to the bed for my liking and the wall is just frosted glass.

The only thing I didn't like about my stay was the air condition in my room located right over our bed, so we could either turn it off or sleep feeling cold air on our heads :(

Located in the heart of Kuta but on a quiet street, far away from the noise and close to the airport. Very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast with fantastic coffee.
