Can’t really complain it was one of the best hotels Ive stayed in bali. The alley way up to the entrance can make you question the place.

Rooms were amazing, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and the restaurant is really well priced. Breakfast was great.

Had plumbing issues. Food service wasn't quite as good as our previous stay. Laundry service very expensive and not quite clean, no fresh clothes smell on return. 1 medium bag was $47 aud.

The showerhead was misaligned/not straight resulting in an awkward and uncomfortable showering The access road to the hotel is extremely narrow, making pedestrian passage quite challenging.

The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and well-stocked with toiletries and high quality drinking glasses and utensils. Also room rates include à la carte breakfast with diverse Asian and Western options, as well as healthy choices.

The bathroom and toilet have glass walls and door, and located right next to the bed. No privacy, although it has some curtains... It is in the middle of the city, the swimming pool is crammed up between the buildings and quite crowded.

Amnaya Resort Great location close to all the shops, restaurants & massage places on Jartika Plaza. The staff at the Anvaya are exceptional. So positive, friendly & welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. You order what you would like & they cook it to order. Room service was speedy & very reasonably priced. The room was terrific - AC worked well & I loved the rain head shower & being able to have a bath. I feel that the Anvaya offers great value for money & I highly recommend it.

We booked a garden view - the property doesn’t exactly have gardens - its plants around the pool.

We stayed for four nights. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable, decent power shower & plenty of lovely free products to use! The staff are super friendly & the breakfasts were amazing - more like a brunch

Same issue as many other places ..check in at 3pm but closer to 4 by the time we got our room . Seems to be a bit of an issue in bali everywhere. Staff were apologetic but doesnt help sitting in the non aircon foyer waiting . Tried to get a drink at the bar a few minutes after closing, we didnt know it was ckosed, but despite others sitting and drinking they wouldnt let us buy a drink ...maybe a bit more flexibility should be shown to guests .. .

Since having had a couple of bad experiences I always check negative reviews as well. Things that stood out are that is next to a water park. This is indeed the case and you do hear some of it. However, this noise is not bothering at all and if it does bother you, I don't think Bali as a destination is for you.

We took this as a layover night before flying the next day. The hotel is very clean. The room we had on the 6th floor was very quiet. We did not do anything in the area. We had multiple meals at this hotel which were all beautifully made and very tasty.

The location in an alleyway made it feel a bit inconvenient and less accessible.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep! They also provided thoughtful amenities for both kids and adults in the bathroom, which was very convenient. The resort had a beautiful design, spacious rooms, and excellent staff service. Thanks to Aswana for always doing best with looking after our room! The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from.

No netflix or youtube on the TV The location is close to airport but abit far from seminyak. Very busy, hustle and bustle when you get to the main road. No gym or spa facilities on site

Breakfast takes a long time.1hour.You order your food and wait.The bread comes later than your egg so this is a problem.The timings are not correct.However the management and staff morr than make up for this.They are soo soo helpful and pleasant.It makes the stay so much smoother.The spa is excellent-I recommend going there for some treatments.

Loved the location in the heart of kuta. Dislike the alley way where the hotel is.They need to show that this is the standard and improve the reception for people coming late in the night. Love the rooms but disliked how the bathroom isnt sound proof.It is very open and there is a lack of privacy.Bed is comfortable and clean.

Waterpark noise next door

Amazing clean well appointed large rooms, spa was divine with amazing staff, food was absolutely top notch, thanks to the chefs, the gym was sufficient, amazing positve reception and restaurant staff! To be honest I could not really fault it. Amazing job Amnaya, thank you, you are really doing a great job! Keep it up!
