If you’re staying for a short time, the breakfast if great, however if you’re staying for multiple nights then the breakfast options is limited, but not such a big deal. Reason why I’m not giving 10 starts is because: The ac is a problem during the day, as soon as it gets hot outside the ac doesn’t work at all and is not pleasant staying inside the room as it gets very hot and humid, so what’s the point of having an ac during a hot day if it doesn’t manage to cool the room? They can offer a fan as a backup but that’s not the best option unfortunately. So if you’re planning to rest in be during the day, I guess you won’t be able to do so due to the heat.

Absolutely stunning resort at a very reasonable price! The atmosphere is amazing and the area is fantastic and quiet! Extremely clean outside and inside, they regularly clean your room and the whole place to ensure the best experience. The swimming area is great too! Tasty breakfast and they offer many services, such as airport transfer, scooter rentals, tours and many more activities. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and polite and always available during the day.

The staff weren’t very present but this didn’t bother us too much with only staying 2 nights and never knew if the restaurant was open or not.

The property was in a good location over looking the rice fields so was a lot more peaceful than central Ubud but still close to things and a shop within walking distance. The pool was relaxing and had spa facilities on site, which were ok.

It is great stay in a quiet area - only a 10-minute bike ride to the busy Ubud area—also a minute's drive to the beautiful rice terraces. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

At night there is a lot of noise from everywhere and I couldn't sleep

The location was very good and the staff was very friendly. During the day it was very quiet to relax.

I do feel that they can put a little more effort in cleaning the rooms as well as put new coffee cups and refill the coffee and sugar on a daily basis. give clean towels maybe every third day and also clean bedding every third day or so.

Location is very nice, staff super friendly, easily accessible. All rooms have aircon which is definitely a plus. The swimming pool also very nice and clean.

Our pillow cases was not very clean and our bathroom was also not clean. There were ants on the swimming pool loungers. Breakfast start only at 08:00 am which is quite late.

The fact that it had its own Spa and it was affordable. It had a big bathroom but hot water only in bathtub. You could rent Scooters from the property

It’s in a STUNNING location, looking over rice fields in all directions. It’s a quiet spot, but a short bike ride or if you’re in the mood for it — a 40min-hour walk to campuhan ridge walk. We did this on one of our days here and ate around Sweet Orange Warung, it was the perfect day out☺️

when ordering food at the hotel, the food we ordered was out of stock and the staff added an additional delivery fee instead of informing us that something was missing, we had no opportunity to choose something else because they did not inform us about it, they just charged us a fee :(

Old bathroom, breakfast wasn’t good.

Nice pool, but the stairs are completely rusty make in hard to got out. The homestay is cute, room and bed were really nice.

There was a construction site in front of my bedroom and I could not sleep in. They will be working since 8 in the morning. Walls were very thin and you could hear all kind of noises like if you were outside. I could not sleep deeply.

The room was very pretty. I loved the bath tub and the bed was comfy. Very big room with a lot detail. Breakfast was good price and the location was stunning. The staff was very friendly.

Our towels were not changed daily. Even though room service cleaned every day they didn’t put fresh towels.

Some off the appliances in the bathroom were a bit worn off, but everything was clean and worked fine.

Several options to choose from for breakfast. Food tastes great and you get a good amount. There's free drinking water to refill your bottle. Beautiful quiet location, some rooms have a view onto a rice field. Great place to stay for a weekend, work on your laptop or just chill. I'll be back!

The water didn't run well. The hot water only ran from the bathtub shower, which was annoyingly small.

The staff were multi-tasking. They took care of everything - food, cleaning, electricity, and so on. The location is wonderful. Also, they had a SmartTV in the room.

Nothing In walking distance, had to taxi everywhere but not expensive or anything .. just more effort. Also builders at the end of the pool stare a lot when sunbathing but they were lovely.

Our private little villa was so beautiful, very comfy bed and great bathroom ! The pool was gorgeous, the staff were so lovely and the pancake breakfast was amazing.
