We love everything

This is the Paradise on the Earth! It was our second stay at Annora, because it's perfect for a family holiday. The breakfast, the Teratai villa, and every staff helpfulness is unforgettable. Thank you a lot Ms. Ani, Ms. Devi, Ms. Natalie, Mr. Warnadi, Mr. Agnus, and everybody, who made our stay perfect in Seminyak.

It was a little further from the nicer shops, we took a short taxi ride though, and no problem.

Comfortable room (we just had a room) and enjoyed an amazing breakfast! Afternoon tea was very welcome and loved the ginger tea. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The spa was booked out but we went to nearby Grandma’s Hotel for a fabulous and reasonable massage, recommended by the Annora Villas team. Easy access to the beach - 10 mins although it was pretty dirty and not for swimming really.

The service is wonderful! The staffs are very thoughtful; starting from welcome board sign, handwritten welcome notes to personalised gifts upon departure. The property is small but very cozy, a plus point!

The only negative would be the noise of the traffic at night as our room faced the road, but didn’t really affect our sleep.

Everything! From the moment we checked in we were treated like royalty. All of the staff were so attentive and friendly, in particular the villa manager Ani, Erna and Komang. All of the little touches, from the turn down service at night and the small gift, the fruit bowl, the activities left for us to use during Nyepi, and the room spray. Just so very thoughtful. The bed and pillows, so very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so many different options to choose from and the barista made coffee, the best in Bali! Also the personal good morning message on the leaf at your breakfast table. Not to mention the all inclusive afternoon tea offering tasty Balinese treats, so lovely.

They really care about every detail. Personal is dedicated and extremly kind. Thanks to my beautiful royal spa treatment i change my mind regarding possibility to come back to Bali. They save it in a last minute because i was not very enthusiastic about the trip and not impresed with Bali at all.

Everything! They focus on all little details that enhance your stay. Location is good (walking distance from seminiyak beach). Rooms are very good, the interiors, colour combinations, bedsheet fineness, etc., all were of top notch. The experience right from the welcome, to room allotment, stay, breakfast and checkout - each touch point had bits additional services which made us feel very welcomed and good. There were personalised notes already kept in room which add to a personal touch and will definitely bring smile on your face. We would recommend it to all and even book again on our next visit to Bali.

Breakfast area is quite small, overlooks the pool area. (May have been an upstairs area but I didn’t find it). Was full most mornings but we always managed to get a table for 2

Staff were wonderful. Rooms were quite large with huge walk in shower and a small balcony with day bed. Once you had been to breakfast once staff greeted you by name on subsequent visits. Breakfast menu is many choices and all those I tried were really good. Great pool area but not huge but then the hotel is not huge and it rained every day we were there so didn’t use pool 😒 shops and restaurants walking distance. At the quieter end of Seminyak

Everything about Annora was wonderful. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room was amongst the nicest I've ever stayed in, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, with very nice bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Good swimming pool. Wish i was still there

Everything is perfect. I would not change anything.

From arrival the staff was lovely! They welcomed us with a big smile and a delicious young coconut drink to refresh ourselves. After checking in, they escorted us to our room under a traditional Balinese umbrella, while a kind young man carried our luggage to the room. The room was impeccable. It has been pre-cooled for us and there was a very relaxing and refreshing scent in the air. No detail was left unattended. There was even a bowl with tropical fruits waiting for us along with a hand-written note welcoming us to the villa. What a very nice touch! The restaurant is located right next to the swimming pool, which has this inviting blue color along with a few white and yellow flowers that had fallen into it. The menu caters for all tastes. Healthy and nourishing meals are available for you to start your day with the best energy. Gentle background music plays all the time. The garden surrounding the restaurant area, entrance and corridors give the place a tranquil vibe that we really enjoyed. There are activities for you to get involved in if you like around 10am everyday. In our opinion, this a the right place to stay if you are a quiet lover and somebody who likes high quality service. As mentioned before, every member of the staff offers the best of themselves to make your stay an unforgettable one. Thank you all at Annora for your incredible care during the time we were there. Beautiful rooms , loved all the little attention to details such as slippers beside bed, sheets pulled back before bed at night . The breakfast was delicious and staff were so accommodating. All contact was made through wats app communication was a breeze.

A great place to stay in Seminyak. We felt a very warm welcome from all the staff from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with cold towels and fresh coconut on our arrival. Following this we were escorted to our room in true Balinese tradition and staff took a photo that was provided to us in a lovely card at the end of our stay. The room was impeccable, clean, stylish and modern yet still had some Balinese touches. The bed was comfy and well prepared. We were particularly impressed by small touches such as the room turn down service in the evening, dressing gowns, straw slippers, beach bag and hat for us to use. The soaps in the bathroom were also really lovely. A highlight was the breakfast, the vast variety to choose from, fruit and juices were fantastic and I was so impressed by how they were able to cater to my dietary requirements (wheat and nut allergy) whilst maintaining a vast choice. It was absolutely delicious!! An absolutely excellent stay! thank you to all the staff

The hospitality, they did amazing! Although I check in very late in the midnight, they still give us a delicious complementary fresh coconut drinks. Bli Krisna and other staff welcoming us warmly. The guest activity in the morning is so fun, and they upgraded our room! what a heavenly stay.
