Everything is just like you see in the photos, spacious, well furnished and extremely clean. Nana is a super host who makes everyone feel welcomed and at home. Beautiful breakfast, best omelette we’ve had in Bali!

Absolutely nothing I did not like

Beautiful villa. It looks exactly like the pictures. You have to admire their attention to detail when it comes to furniture and decoration. The garden are is amazingly relaxing. Everything is super clean. No funky smells. Best service and atmosphere I ever had. I really felt like home. If you want a nice chat, just come to the living area. Nana will make sure you feel entertained. You want quiet time? They will notice. I had to work during evenings and i was super productive their. Food is great. You can have whatever you want. Fresh mangos from the garden, best Nasi Goreng I ever had, freshly baked orange cake, Nasi Campur. Every other guest I met there was super nice. It never feels crowded. Great WiFi :)

The Breakfast was delicious as good as home cooked, the hosts are lovely and friendly, only had one night, there was a Dutch couple who were staying nearly 2 weeks as they loved it, they had had a cooking class the night I was there and I was invited to share the food which was yummy.

Nana and Firda are just beautiful. The home is immaculate and so grand. Lovely room with balcony overlooking the pool. Such a comfortable bed. Great location set back from beach. Nana's cooking is out of this world and she's a great person to have met. Would definitely stay here again.

Nana and her staff are great hosts, and they make you feel at home immediately. Everything is possible. She even hired a guitar and we had a great time playing and singing together. The house and the rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious, stylish and nicely decorated. There is also a nice swimming pool in the garden and a very nice pool table upstairs. I highly recommend staying here and I will certainly stay again when visiting Sanur!

I liked everything. No negatives!

I liked everything about this property. Nana and the other staff are so lovely, my son absolutely loved her and is still talking about her! The villa is in a very peaceful and serene spot, with a lovely pool and beautiful green garden. Breakfast was good and overall this was a perfect, relaxing spot, made even better by the hospitable and kind nature of the hosts.

Nana, our host was exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble! The place was amazingly beautiful, very clean, private, and peaceful. Fantastic pool and garden! And delicious breakfast Balinese style in the gardens! Very comfortable and spacious rooms, with great aircon.

Nana, her sister, and her team are amazing and so welcoming. We were treated like family, and nothing was a problem. We loved it so much that we stayed more nights. It's quiet and close to the beach and restaurants. Nana loves people, she's a great host! She observes and listens attentively to her guests' needs. Our favourite places to eat were Nana's home, Jhoii local eats, Genius Cafe, and Mailaika secret home restaurant We highly recommend and will be back. Terima kasih banyak, Nana

Absolutely nothing.

Nana and her staff. We now think of Nana as our new friend. She made us feel so welcome. We chatted for hours. Her home is beautiful and the tranquil gardens with a wonderful pool was just so welcoming. Breakfast every morning was something I just thoroughly enjoyed. There is one downside, she flogged us at playing pool...ha ha. We will be coming back. Nana went out of her way to give us the most memorable holiday ever. Thankyou Nana, we will never forget our awsome afternoon at New Kuta Golf with you and your friends ❤️ have never laughed so much. Also, we were in an upstairs bedroom and when Nana realised I had recent knee surgery she moved us downstairs to a beautiful room.

Like most of Bali there is maintainence, renovations and development going on in the area and this can be noisy, but this can happen anywhere and it's not the fault of the accommodation provider. We note that there was no building noise overnight. There are also the usual chickens and dogs of residential Indonesia plus the occasional neighbor having a birthday but it all adds to the homely atmosphere! I didn't need my earplugs and I'm a very light sleeper. We did miss having a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold but that was a very minor thing and once we found out we could buy drinks from Nana it wasn't a problem!

Cannot rate this place highly enough, we had a great week here. Its a lovely old home with a pretty garden and pool, rooms are all ensuite and very private. It's at the very southern, leafy, residential end of Sanur, surrounded by other big villas and homes but walking distance to the beach and a range of great restaurants. We had the upstairs balcony room which was perfect, slightly smaller than other rooms but with a big balcony to enjoy a G&T and the evening breeze. The room had a desk, TV, good WiFi, plenty of storage, effective air con, a big well equipped bathroom, nice linen and towels. The breakfasts are fabulous (we didn't need lunch all week - thanks Lena!) with great coffee. The whole place is spotless - even the full 12 person, Wedgewood Asian dinner service that's on display! But the best thing was the indomitable Nana (who owns and runs the place) and her lovely team. It's like staying at the home of an old friend - warm and welcoming without being overbearing, just fantastic! We have stayed in some very expensive hotels in Sanur over the years but this was so much nicer and a fraction of the price. We will definitely be back!

I can honestly say there was nothing we didn't like about our stay at Guildwood...Ibu Nana apologised for the construction going on close by though this seems to be the case in many places and despite a bit of noise we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again and highly recommend Guildwood to friends and family.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Guildwood Villa...our host Ibu Nana and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every day, the pool and garden exquisite and it is situated in a lovely quiet part of Sanur where we were able to comfortably walk to the beach and restaurants. To be honest is was a little difficult to leave the peace and tranquility of Guildwood Villa!

Nothing to complain.

The location is perfect, very close to beach and supermarkets. The breakfast is perfect and you can enjoy this is the beautiful garden or inside. You can enjoy the sun shine in the garden and make use off the pool. Don’t forget the very friendly owner miss Nana, she makes your days very happy.
