Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaCan’t fault them one bit.
Highly recommend staying here. We are from Australia and it was such a peaceful resort to unwind and enjoy. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and made sure they offered plenty of assistance. They offer a free shuttle to the village but we didn’t use this. The daily breakfast was yum.

Hungary-
Beautiful, clean, well-equipped accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable, the small garden attached to the room is beautiful and very private. The entire area of the hotel is beautifully maintained, there is a rice field next to the pool. The staff is very kind, attentive and extremely helpful, they help to solve everything, they pay close attention to the guests' wishes. The breakfast and the dishes from the menu were delicious. The hotel is further from the center of Ubud, but there is a shuttle from the hotel twice a day. In exchange for the distance, it is very peaceful, you can really retreat and disconnect from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend it.

JapanRelaxing and quiet retreat resort in the north from the Ubud town centre. Enjoyed every minute from the welcome drink to the departure. Kind staff. Room/facility is clean and well maintained. Swimming pool is a great spot for chilling/relaxing. Food at the restaurant is also good. Loved room service coffees. They have free shuttle to the town centre every 60-90 mins from 11am-5pm so you have some mobility even if you don't drive motorbikes.

NetherlandsNothing. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa with private pool.
This was the second time that we stayed here during our recent vacation in Bali. The accommodation has so much to offer: excellent facilities, great staff and a good restaurant. But first and foremost there is a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere! Ubud town is relatively close and easily accessible by the free shuttle service offered.

NetherlandsNothing.
We were staying in the Villa with private swimming pool and one bedroom. It is situated next to some rice fields, so the villa has a really nice view and yet it is private. Many villa's on Bali are surrounded by four walls, but this has a really open view on the south side and three walls on the other sides. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and that made our stay unforgettable. We stayed 7 days, then toured the island in different hotels, and had not yet decided where to stay the last 9 days of our one-month stay and decided to simply return to Anumana Village for another 9 days! That is how much we liked it!

AustraliaAnumana Village Ubud is a wonderful hidden gem! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. The views are absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature. The location is peaceful and serene, yet still close to the main attractions, with a free shuttle service to the Monkey Forest and Ubud center. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, offering both tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

United StatesBreakfast was just ok.
Amazing place to stay in Ubud. Located a bit farther away from central Ubud which was a plus for me. They provide free shuttle service to their sister hotel. Rooms were beautiful as I had a gated garden suite and was so nice to keep doors open and be integrated into the garden. They have a nice outdoor spa as well.

NepalLimited breakfast, Even they do not have buffet breakfast. They should offer breakfast included room and have buffer breakfast that makes the hotel fee like holiday home hotel for family who likes to be great atmosphere.
This hotel bit off the location is for driver to find. But its holiday type hotel best for family away from all the crowds. Feel like you are middle of Farming village Anumana Village. Hotel is clean, staff were very friend and speak good English. They have free bicycle also. But breakfast is bit too expensive and listed choices for the price we paid.

United KingdomThe rooms back onto a road. There is also chickens which means it is noisy in the mornings. The last shuttle back from town is at 17:30. It would be good to have a 21:30 to allow you to see the amazing night life in Ubud.
The room and hotel were very clean and tidy. Lovely pool with great outlook over the rice fields and jungle. The pool was never crowded. They also offered snacks but we did not try these. The Balinese evening was good fun, food and dancing very enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, includes coffee, juice and selection from a la carte menu. We enjoyed everything we tried.

Everything! Welcome drink on arrival because my room wasn’t quite ready. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke English well! Food was good, bedroom really comfortable and private. Very clean facilities and felt safe, everything you want as a solo young female traveller. Shuttle service offered into ubud a few times a day and they were also happy to help organise a personal driver for the day for a good price :)

Being nestled amongst the rice field creatures and animals was the best part there were quiet roads all around and you can be rest assured the staff work hand and foot to make it a great memorable stay.
