The rooms in the older side were very dark

The old dog in the restaurant Was always scratching like it had a skin complaint The staff would remove it from the upstairs breakfast room and it would return immediately

A beautiful hotel inspired by traditional Balinese Architecture. We really liked the overall traditional ambience and environment. The room was pleasant with all the required amenities. The staffs are really courteous and cooperative. Conveniently located at the edge of boardwalk and surrounded by numerous shops, coffee places, eateries, bars and restaurants. They have parking facilities and one of the very good SPA in town.

little problems with hot/cold water; should be corrected easily; breakfast was not very varied at first, but was comleted later with bacon and sausages.

Excellent quality/ price ratio, very good location, close to the beach, not noisy at night although in a very lively area (varied restaurants, bars and shops). Interesting and charming Balinese style decoration. Two swimming pools, the second one free most of the time.

The breakfast is okay but limited choices. The restaurant and bar in the front closes rather early (but happily there other venues nearby that have beter opening hours). The hotel is a bit old and the outside area around the rooms in the back is not too spacious. The next time we’ll choose something else. It’s value for money but for a little more money you can get something more comfortable and more up to date.

I consider the hotel is reasonable taking into account the price. It is a bit old and although you can say it’s maintained it shows the marks of long years of use. We only stayed for one night while on our way from the north to Lembongan to celebrate New Year over there with family & friends. Sanur remains a pleasant location.

-Room and especially bathroom needs renovation: wall paint is coming off, shower curtain has mold, toilet is leaking water on the ground, shower water takes almost 10min to warm up and bath is somewhat clogged so water doesn’t go down fast enough. Luckily at least AC worked fine, it looked new. -Staff are not best: many of them seemed arrogant and didn’t seem to care much about fixing issues above. Unlike everywhere else in Bali, this hotel’s staff was unpleasant to interact with.

-Beautiful property grounds: nice pool surrounded by flowers and garden, lovely Balinese architecture -Decent and walkable location: only 10min walk to the beach and promenade, and the path is on the sidewalk passing by various shops and cafes so it’s easy and pleasant to walk -Quite basic but still good and tasty breakfast (mainly eggs, pasta, pancakes, fruits)

Access to Cemara beach is five minutes walking but it should be much better if Bali Authorithies work with neighbors to tidy up, clean and make the passage beautiful for tourists an locals.

I feel I was very lucky to find this magnificent hotel in Sanur. For those who are looking for a very relaxing place where there is no hassle, noise or loud music, Ari Putri Hotel provides a peaceful, comfortable and safe pool, wide, balcony-included and clean room, surrounded by beautiful trees and plants, the Indonesian gothic decor is important to highlight and the best of everything is the generous, smiley, quiet and committed staff, always doing the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast was natural and enough to start your day, specially the fresh fruits and those delicious scramble eggs prepare in front of you; I had them every day. I want to send my compliments to Ms. Ma Indari who was always there to answer your questions and guide you about exploring the surrounds of Cemara road, tours, laundry, money change, etc.

The pool was too warm, but that was pretty muchnit

The location was perfect, close to the beach, and restaurants. only 20mins to airport. Has a real old school Bali vibe and look. Massages were amazing and well priced. restaurant was great, breakfast simple but I enjoyed it.
