Like: vary tasty welcome drink :) very green area,big and comfortable,quiet,clean. Staff is very responsive,helping with everything at anytime, very very kind. Electric anti-mosquito device available. Every day fresh fruits in the room. Excellent breakfast choices. Dislike: smelling mold upon entering the room, there is no mosquito net (maybe point of improvement for the future). Some dishes of the breakfast menu are to be vegan however they are not and had to double check with kitchen, to be reviewed.

Nice hidden retreat amongst beautiful forest and scenery. The resort itself was picturesque and really blended well into the forest it was situated in. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times.

Beautiful welcoming staff. Yummy breakfast. The rooftop bar was a great place to hang out with live music and good food. Shuttle bus to Ubud centre was very handy. The pools are beautiful. Very peaceful.

No gluten-free options in the breakfast especially. Also sometimes service was a bit too attentive when several people try to talk to you.

I love the staff, the service, how attentive they are. Rooms were clean, view was beautiful, I love the pool was not under the sun a lot. I loved the rooftop bar & restaurant. I could watch sunrise from my room & sunset from the Rooftop. Dedi from the bar & chef was really helpful, plus the girl in the reception. Everybody was super helpful. I will definitely come back!

I loved everything about this property! It was such a relaxing and peaceful escape. It exceeded my expectations in terms of ambiance and energy! The jungle view was so magical, the pool was refreshing, the rooms were so much bigger than I expected especially the bathroom! A shower and a bathtub and everything was made of marble! Stunning. The staff were all so lovely and warm! I cant wait to come back!!

Taxi service works really bad there. When we tried to call a taxi, drivers demanded extra 50-100k to ride to us. Don’t know the reason for this, but the hotel provided shuttles there, so they are doing their best to fix this issue.

We had a beautiful Jungle Suit with all required equipment, we also had an elevator which was like a blessing for us and our baggage. The personnel were friendly and attentive, laundry service was also flawless. I am sure I will get back.

The adjoining doors between rooms had gaps in which meant it was often very noisy, when the people next door were talking loudly or scraping chairs on the floor.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The experience I’ve had here from start to finish has been wonderful, and worth every penny. I rarely write reviews but this place needed shouting about, as someone who’s stayed in a fair few hotels in my time. I needed some R&R after becoming very ill and struggling to do so in central ubud, this hotel is only just outside the main shopping/eating areas by car/bike and there are three shuttles back and forth daily. I never left the hotel in four days. The bed is incredibly comfy, the sunbeds are too, the pool is divine and the whole place is incredibly clean and welcoming. The couch on my balcony really made my stay. They offer bottles and bottles of free refill water every day, a fruit basket and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. There are two restaurants; I ate in both the entire time and can say that the food is superb, both local and international dishes. Breakfast is delicious. If you are needing peace and quiet and a comfortable jungle stay, don’t hesitate to book.
