Just 1 thing to improve it, the building looks like in some part needs some renovation

Nothing. It's just in the middle of the Forrest so people can expect more humidity and bugs. But the hotel is amazing.

The staff is very kind and helpfull. Lot of fresh juice. Breakfast is delicious every time you can pick your own dishes. They wanna help were they can with like an early breakfast. The extra options were amazing. We did a floating breakfast and the candle light dinner. Both perfect.

Some constructions noises were disturbing the peace we could have had at the pool.

The Suite is perfect, the personnel is super friendly and very professional, the food is very good, and is very well located to Ubud center. The massage is one of the best we ever had. I recommend 100%

I sent say anything bad about our stay, possibly the only thing I could mention it the lack of sun on the main pool. But to honest your in the jungle and with the lack of normal day light it wasn’t a problem for us.

Perfect place to start our honeymoon, quite and very zen.

Little bit further out than you would want but great if you have a bike, also the rooms are really thin and you can hear everything, 2 locked doors separate the rooms.

Nothing - it was perfect!

We stayed in a gorgeous 2BDR villa with a private pool, kitchen, with separate upstairs + downstairs rooms, outdoor shower/bathroom. Spacious and comfortable, I could certainly imagine a long stay here. The gardens and surrounds are simply stunning - so tranquil and beautiful, massive sense of calm and relaxation. The resort is approx 20min from the main centre so it’s quiet and tucked away in small pocket of Ubud. Restaurant is fantastic, we had breakfast daily and dined in for some dinners - there is only one restaurant onsite but they do everything well with a great mix of offerings. Lastly the staff are just superb, everyone in all areas of the resort were so welcoming, accomodating and genuinely lovely. We will definitely be back again!

Located far from the city center, taxi needed. A better schedule of free shuttle rides would be useful (first starts at 11 am, last is 6.30 pm)

Obviously an Indonesian way of doing things but didn't like how a la carte breakfast was delivered all at once. Getting hot food at same time as cereal, fruit etc. was not appreciated.

Very quiet and peaceful. Distance from Ubud center not an issue. Hotel shuttle plus inexpensive private taxis made life easy.

Staff initially made the stay hard work. Constantly had to chase to get service. They’d fail to come and take orders, acknowledge a request but then disappear. Every morning around 6 or 7 there was a loud group or staff walking the corridors, shouting to each other over their walkie talkies. Things significantly improved toward the end of our stay

Amazing resort! Looks even better in person than the pictures - I stayed here for a week with my mum and we loved it, the feel of the resort is very relaxing and zen. The staff are also extremely friendly and accomodating g, you can get a massage, tour, cooking class all in the one resort too! I definitely recommend doing free the morning rice field walk

You needed a transfer cart to Ubud. It was only one, and it was difficult to find a place in one on your way back from Ubud.

The staff was well trained, and they respected all our special needs. We stayed for 7 nights. The food was delicious. The pool was well maintained. We also enjoyed the relaxing massage.
