Arya Arkananta was phenomenal every moment of our 6 night stay. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, clean, and stunningly beautiful. The grounds of the hotel are well kept and photo worthy. Words cannot express how exceptional the staff is. They always welcome you with a smile and are incredibly helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious as were the dinners when we ate at the restaurant. Fabulous place to stay!

The best thing about this lovely place are the staff. They go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. The pool is lovely and the breakfast is also great. It’s wonderful to be out of the traffic and in the rice fields a where no cars are able to go.

We loved the service , the food , the location and the rooms in the property . It was beautiful . Hotel staff were very helpful and we booked all activities and taxis etc through them at the hotel itself . O highly recommend this resort . Spa services are also great !

Really a bit complicated as taxi cannot send you home directly. You must take a transition golf car/motorbike from “lobby” to the room

Beautiful Resort im the rice field. When we walked from the Reception to the villa we passed tiny rice fields inside the resort - that was so awesome to walk bye. Even though we had issues with the water pressure jn the first villa, we could move to another villa - which we loved from the first second. The two bedroom villa was very beautiful, cozy & had enough space for 4 people to hang out in the outside area. Thank you to Bandi, the shift manager who solved the issue quickly & made our stay so relaxing. Also the whole staff was so friendly & kind. Would definetly come back. Thank you for having us.

The property is beautifully put together. It is in the middle of a gorgeous field and very close to the city center. The bed is comfortable.The room/resort amenties are great. The highlight was the staff, they are super helpful, very professional ,always smiling and greeting the guests with full enthusiasm. We were drenched in the rain after our checkout but they were really accomodating and provided us with every possible assistance. Special mention to the duty manager Mr Pande Ardika for his assistance. Would definately recommend to others and visit again.

The hotel is very nice and cute. The location is in 2 km from Ubud and you are living between rice plantations and feel the nature. The room design is amazing, with terrace. You can visit spa, restaurant and enjoying a lot. The hotel staff is very caring 🙏

Absolutely amazing place with amazing staff especially nova, we stayed for 3 days and had 2 trips with nova who made our stay so welcoming and really made our holiday not only showed us around but explained everything not once did he leave us looking for something such an amazing guide even brought us breakfast one morning from a local market that we talked to him that we would love to try such an amazing guy the hotel is lucky to have him aswell as the rest of the staff who were also so welcoming and polite. Food is excellent especially breakfast. Location is so peaceful.

WiFi needs to be better. Just a suggestion - maybe provide small torches in rooms & at reception as the walk through the grounds is uneven & can be difficult especially at night.

The only thing that could be improved is the water cleanness in the pool and maybe the breakfast taste.

The location was beutiful with a lovely garden with small ricefields. The staff were so friendly and all services like check in and our went smothly, even if we had made changes there were no problems at all. As someone mentioned in earlier reviews you have to spend some time at the buggy going to and from the pickup point but if you know it and dont have to tight schedule it is a nice ride. We have a teenager but I guess families with small children will find it fun with this transport, along ricefields. The room were spotless and the beds comfortable. High standard. I read someone had problems with noices at night. I would say that if you are in the countryside there will always be some noice from drogs, insects, chickens, dogs etc ( and perhaps even rats they are everywhere even at Home). For that you can not blame the Hotel. This Said, we were not trubbeled by any noice at any times. We absolutly loved this place . We recomend everyone that want a calm and beutiful stay to go here.

We didn’t realise the hotel was quite as remote from Ubud, although easy enough to get in an out via the free transfer 3 times a day or golf cart to the taxi pick up point

Rooms were great and spotless, all the food was tasty and great value. The rice paddies in the hotel gave an amazing experience - particularly one night where we saw lots of fireflies. We also appreciated the jet lag special in the spa!

My room was spotless and beautiful with fabulous views, but the shower had mold, which I am very allergic to. I need a real deep cleaning in the shower.

The staff was amazing, and the views of the rice patties were mesmerizing. The spa was exceptional as was the staff .
