Well-equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, and even a rice cooker, which made it easy to prepare meals. The addition of a washing machine and dryer was a real bonus, as it saved me time and made laundry so much more convenient.

United StatesThe king room (main room) in the apartment we were staying had a sewage smell very strong smell. my family and I didn’t realize that sewage smell After the second day of our stay in this apartment. I told the apartment management about the smell and they are very helpful to check how the smell came to the room and they work for a few hours to get rid of the bad smell. They put their air purifier in the room which make the room smell a little bit better and no more smell for a day but the last day of our stay that sewage smell return we were staying at room 2104. Manager apologized for inconveniency.

PhilippinesNothing really. Everything is highly recommended. Although it may seem a little less walkable but the location is very near a shopping mall and a lot of nearby restaurants to choose from. The mall also has everything.
I love the Indonesian breakfast included in the buffet. I love the choices. There was even vegetarian options as well as a satay ayam station. I highly recommend Ascott Sudirman for business and leisure stays.

SwitzerlandThe hotel is located in a safe business environment, yet somehow distant from everyday infrastructure around. For a supermarket you either need to walk quite a distance or you order a taxi for every tour you intend to do in Greater Jakarta.
The hotel has a very guest-inviting and welcoming atmosphere, right when you enter the lobby door. Friendly and attentive fornt-desk personnel, floor and room service quickly responding. The room had a very nice interior and was spacious. A highly comforting room with any amenities you need. The separate drinking water dispenser was very good as well.

United StatesI especially enjoyed the fact that the hotel allowed me to bring my furry pet friend and keep him in my room unlike other hotels in Jakarta or Indonesia, most of which don't allow travelers with pets. There was only a small pet deposit fee that is typically being refunded upon check-out. All hotel staff knew about my pet and provided everything we needed to feel well accommodated in their space.
