I wish there were some small towels in the gym to use instead of having to bring the ones from the room down.

This was the perfect hotel for our first trip to Jakarta. The location was great- close to the bus stop, many malls and walking distance to Monas and even the train station. The attention to detail was impressive. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The breakfast buffet had many options and they always seemed to be refilling it. I appreciated the ability to do laundry and they even had free soap. The gym had two treadmills, weights and a few yoga mats. The staff were so kind!

Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and various hot dishes. The bread and yogurt options could be better, and the coffee could be better also - but overall, nothing to complain about.

Loved the Shanghai interior design and style across the whole hotel. Great location and very good Chinese restaurant. Staff were very helpful.

The breakfast is not the best and was quite small considering how busy the hotel is, it often ran out of several items.

This is in a good location with friendly staff and decent breakfast. Prior to booking communication with the hotel was excellent. The hotel has a laundry room which we didn't use but it is worth knowing about.

The music in the lobby/restaurant is just one song on repeat. Once you start noticing it might get a bit annoying ;)

Nice room and bathroom. Good location, you can just walk into the street or to a mall with many street food vendors and shops. We had a great view from the 10th floor. Breakfast is combination of western and asian food. Friendly staff!

The room is quite packed with 2 beds to accommodate 3 guests The song is playing on a loop - I wish the music could be changed from time to time.

The location is great! A lot of cafes, eateries and streetfood stalls along the road. Staffs at the front desk and the concierge are very helpful and friendly. Particularly love the welcoming ambience, in addition to the thoughtful gestures from the staffs. Housekeeping staffs were so kind to arrange our plushies! They have a self-service laundry room, with detergent and freshener provided. The gym is a good facility too. The breakfast buffet offers a decent and sufficient spread.

Everything about my stay was perfect – the staff, location, and cleanliness were excellent. My booking included a basic breakfast, which was satisfactory. There are plenty of food options nearby, either from local eateries on the streets or through Grab orders. The hotel staff kindly assists with delivering food to your room. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Wifi must be better, I couldn't have a live meeting with partners sharing work videos. A comfortable chair at room is recommendable. Restaurant is very good but could be open later.

The wall wasn't soundproof. I was woken up by the next door doing the deed. So that was awkward.

The location was extremely great. Just downstairs, there's a lot of street food for you to try. Further, the bed was so comfy. I slept soundly. Since, I was travelling alone, the Property is pretty safe for me.

Loved everything about this place. Super classy, clean and very friendly and accommodating staff. They let us check-in a little early with no extra cost and also let us leave our luggage behind after we checked out. The location was in the centre too so that was really convenient. Would 1000% book again if in Jakarta.
