United StatesThe only thing I have against the hotel is that they should have vegan options for those of us that are vegan. They have fruit and a salad bar but a little bit more would be good.
The property was amazing. It was better than what the pictures showed. I was truly impressed with the set up and decor of the hotel. The staff was amazing as well especially Sebastien at the front desk. There are people that just do their job and they can careless about anything else and then there are people like Sebastien who care about the job that they do. He represented everything that a hotel front desk person should be. I’m a vegan and I came down for breakfast the first day and beside the fruit and salad bar there wasn’t anything for me to eat. So I asked Sebastien and he went back and forth with the kitchen staff on my behalf. He then came and said look today there’s nothing we can do because it’s a national holiday and we’re just stuck but tomorrow we will have food for you. Sebastian wasn’t even there the next morning and as soon as I walked down the staff had a special meal for me. You can’t train that or teach it and Sebastien is special to have that care and compassion. I know he does it for all the people he encounters. The rest of the staff was amazing as well .

ChinaI arrived early and it was possible to check in at 10am. With this they could still accommodate late check out at 1pm. The decoration is very new and I liked the simple design. They have sports facility but too bad I didn’t have partner to play ping pong with. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor area which is nice for night life. Jakarta’s traffic is bad anyway so location is not too important.

IndonesiaI thought the room was a bit smaller than we expected I book a family room, me and 6 kids a bit cramp but manageable (2 teens, 1 boy, 3 babies) The waiter who help with breakfast, the male one doesn't really smile and take our plate without asking, eventhough it's already finish breakfast time but I think more polite if he asked and have a smile on his face more The lady, a bit more helpful and wore a smile everytime we saw her
The area is not too big, but big enough for my kids to play around The laundry facility best! The location is in central so easy access to go to nearby attraction like Sabang, Thamrin, near my aunts place, etc The pool small but still manageable The tennis court, awesome Breakfast area also nice, they change some of food (i stay 2 nites( It's good, we enjoy our stay~ They have chicken master nearby, superb~

AustraliaLocation was great, a bit of a drive from the Soekarno-Hatto airport but once you're there it's close to lots of things. Grateful for the 24/7 hotel staff because I arrived really late and the check-in process was really smooth. Facilities were really good, I didn't know about the free laundry and the pool looked really inviting and fun. My room had everything I needed, and was beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed staying there - oh and the breakfast buffet was delicious too!
