One thing in my room, they worked next to our room! Paint fumes. Decking floor. I was feeling a strange headache for the last two days. They told me very sorry and apologise! Hope they give me a good discount in one day! I was a bit disappointed, but people are amazing! Hope you understand! Thanks much appreciated.

I really enjoyed it and am very relaxed. Foods have been fabulous and delicious. Done a good job. It's a nice, quiet and private spot. I will come back again.

We have stayed here many times & always return bc the beds are so comfortable & food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is outstanding. Gardens are well maintained & Central to some of the best shopping around!!!

We found it a bit odd that there was no mattress protector between the mattress and sheets, although everything was very clean. Music in the main pool area too loud, not always relaxing.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. The grounds and pool an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Legian. The rooms were clean and clean bedding/towels changed when requested. Breakfast had a variety of options and was nice Good value for money.

Room was spacious and the bed/ pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the staff were incredible and the pool bar was amazing!! The food was amazing but the buffet breakfast did lack some variety but was still very tasty and worthwhile. Wish we stayed longer will definitely be coming back.

it's inexpensive and attracts different types of customers to say it nicely. Unfortunately a few nights we were woken up by screaming drunk crowd on our floor. Bed was way too soft for me and I woke up with a sore back every morning.

it's a nice looking hotel, quietly tucked away from the busy street. Staff is great and nothing is ever a problem. Walking distance to seminyak and to the beach. Close proximity to many shops and restaurants. it's very clean and housekeeping staff is doing a great job cleaning the rooms.

They also offer a surfing service that is great, providing video and photo services. However, keep in mind that you won't receive your pictures and videos on the same day. I'm still waiting for mine after 4 days.

The resort is very nice and clean. Everyone is so polite and helpful. We didn't explore much of the area due to the short time, but it seems to be close to the main road of Seminyak. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and the spa service is great!

The pool and swim up bar is wonderful. Very relaxing environment. The included breakfast was delicious, especially the banana pancakes and omelettes. The bed is super comfortable and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We did a cooking class with Eka and Dewa which was really enjoyable and informative.

No hot water at bathroom basin. Reported it but were informed that a number of rooms do not have hot water at the basin Air conditioner in room not cooling properly Wooden floors in room creak a lot

Pleasant stay with good breakfast variety. Enjoyed the seperate pool area (no children under 12) with comfortable recliner chairs and peaceful gardens. Reasonable distance to beach and close proximity to restaurants and convenience store.
