The breakfast for under 12 should have been free of charge. 3rrd child should have been given free breakfast! Kids under 12 don't eat that much, why is the hotel so stingy? I mean really how much can a 6 year old boy really eat?

I was expecting a fluffy bed unfortunately it doesn't meet my expectations. However, their bed is not bad at all but it just doesn't meet my expectations. But overall I enjoyed my stay there.

The breakfast was good & there was a lot of local Indonesian food to choose from, as a foreign visitor I got the chance to experience their local food at the hotel which was great for me. The staff was friendly too. Their premise was quite big but due to limited days there I wasn't able to explore the place. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Only this and I mention it to assist management. There is something wrong about the colour choices in the room. Greys and browns are functional but they give a cold feeling to the room especially at night. I only mention this aspect. I really enjoy this hotel and will be back.

The staff! Their hospitality and warmth was outstanding and as it was my third time there I felt like family. I have to give special mention to Natasha and Evi who greeted us at breakfast but there were others whose names I did not note. Sorry. The restaurant and menu was excellent. Service was great as was the atmosphere. The gym facilities were fine as was the pool and basketball court. But above all the excellence of the staff made it for me. Even those who made up my room! Outstanding! I look forward to returning.

The room was spacious , fast CHECK in and CHECK out , the staff very helpful The room Service also quick response We also request for extra Bed and asking to combine the twin Bed become One Bed , they really know how to do it fast , neat and covering Again the Bed with mattress converter 🤍 and Service by One young man , which is fresh graduate , and just starter working for 2 months … very good

The only problem was that the food was slow to come to the table when we had dinner at the main restaurant, although the staff were very apologetic.

Beautiful setting and pools area, with a mini-zoo and attractions for children. Indoor palm trees provided a nice setting for the restaurant and breakfast area. Rooms were large and comfortable and the toilet and shower fully functional, with lots of hot water. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
