unfortunately it was rainy season when we visited so it was not as comfortable as we'd have liked. the open air bathroom was a delight but not when it rained! there was no communal undercover space for us to all congregate so we were confined to our separate villas when raining.

The villas were spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was very well kept the pool and gardens were beautiful. It was easy to organise transport to and from Ubud centre and activities planned - Komang was very kind and helpful.

No room cleaning everyday, you need to ask. Not much to do arround.

Nice and cozy place away from the city noises, village vibes :) Big comfy bed in the apartament, open shower, with some gekos arround :) Big pool outside, tasty breakfast, possibility to get a massage (Balinese full body massage, 60 min. for 175k IDK, what is arround 11 Eur. Massage was good, worth trying). Few waterfalls close, you can go by feet, few good Warungs arround.

It's a bit of a drive to the main part of Ubud (about 40 mins) which is important to know if you plan to spend a lot of time there. Rooms are not cleaned daily.

The breakfast was fresh and served early (good for jet lag). There were a small number of options, so after a few days got a bit repetitive, but that's a minor issue. Overall the property is set in a quiet location and well set-up with six villas around a pool. It's good for a medium sized group or extended family, as we were able to book all six villas and had the whole place to ourselves. The staff are very friendly and can arrange anything for you, such as cars.

Everything was wonderful! Villa is very beautiful, cozy and the stuff is great. Stuff is availabe till 10PM. Breakfast is very solid, not too many different meals to choose, but the ones that are offered are delicious.

Nothing I didn't like ,amazing expereience ,the villa is crazy good !

Everything was simply magic, amazing location the villa is crazy nice ,the owner Komang was absolutely brilliant ,helped us with everything we needed . It's a 10 out 10 experience ,will definitely come back and I recommend it to everyone, you won't be disapointed.

We absolutely loved the Villas! Kumang (the main manager) was very kind. He drove us into the UBUD CBD (25 minutes) back and forth and was always ready for any requests or questions we had. The staff organised a surprise cake with candle which was floated in the pool and also decorated our rooms with roses and ornaments for our wedding anniversary. We had plenty of privacy and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The Villas are beautiful and well worth the trip outside of Ubud CBD. The rooms are clean and spacious. The outdoor area was stunning and the whole atmosphere was super relaxing.

Attentive & responsive staff Every request was met and beyond Manager excelled in assisting with travel plans Facilities were excellent - large beautiful pool in a garden setting. Well kept garden that added to peacefulness of the stay, large well proportioned private rooms, each with a ensuite Large 2 course breakfast with excellent selection - main, fruit, juice & tea/coffee.

It may take 30 min to get to Ubud if the traffic is heavy . However it is great staying in a relaxing area.

The owner and staff are wonderful. The owner assists whenever needed. The atmosphere is relaxing, away from the hassle and bustle of Ubud. Each of us had their own room , very convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast and lying by the pool . Even being in a quiet area, there are a couple of little nice restaurants in a walking distance and also access to waterfalls.

The gardens and design of the property were incredible, the area that the villa is located in was so peaceful and private, a beautiful oasis after the business of central Ubud! All of the staff are amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here, as it was quiet and very relaxing. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and considered. It was close to some waterfalls and nature, which I really enjoyed. They had all the facilities that I needed and will go above and beyond to accommodate you. Such an incredibly beautiful place.

The first thing the Receptionist told us was : "So when do you want to pay ?"... Not even Hello or Welcome before that... A couple of seconds later, we met the owner in front of our room who AGAIN asked if we had paid.... I am extremely disappointed, specially considering the quality of the place, that seemed to have a standing and good service. Most staff don't seem to speak much English, which is ok and maybe that explains a little, but anyway we did not get any explanation or information regarding what we could do, inside the hotel or outside, not a word was spoken to us. Turns out the only genuinely nice person was the lovely man watching the place at night, who always cheerfully greeted us. I thank him again for his smile. It's really a pity because the place is beautiful, but I wouldn't come back, I didn't feel welcome.

Beautiful hotel, very well decorated and very confortable. Breakfast was freshly made. The location is a little far from Ubud honestly (25 min on a scooter, that you can arrange with the hotel) but it's very quiet.
