We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The buffet for Suhoor. I was amazing btw but a cold not even warm so sad. I tried from this to that but still i couldn't enjoy. Sorry to say about it. The room and services from the staffs are beyond and I love it. But it turned info a disappointment when i got the suhoor meals.
Actually the room and also the cleanliness is great and amazing. But unfortunately all the food when i got into Suhoot time all cold.. so i couldn't enjoy thr food for my suhoor. I tried some of the food from a to b c and other but unfortunately I couldn't even finish it all.. please make sure that the food is not cold while they served the guest

Rooms on the 7th floor with street view were very noisy because of the main road in front. Unfortunately, there was an annoying smell coming out of the sink and a clogged shower drain (which was fixed by engineering staff later). The towels are a bit old and have stains
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious, good matres, and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is superb with a variety of Western and Oriental dishes. Free parking

Limited food options, the soap and shampoo provided in the bathrooms are of low quality and front office service staff were very ordinary
Showers and room were generally clean. Room facilities were sufficient. Café and restaurant were very good. Service staff in restaurants and housekeeping staff were good.

Wish all area (the corridors) were AC... but that's just me...
Great location, staffs were brilliant... all were helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of options both Indonesian and continental style.

Cleanliness of the floor in the room could have been better, our boys would be very active around the rooms and we needed to clean their feet often because of this.
The breakfast was amazing, lots of different foods available. Gym facilities were good and the swimming pool was a good size and child friendly. The room we had was a great size for a family and had everything needed. Staff were excellent at all times, friendly and always willing to help.

The foul smell from the drain outlets inside the bathroom . Since this is the second time staying in this hotel, it must be the design fault of the sewer line for not having floor traps installed.
The location is closed to the place we are having our appointments. Have many choices of good restaurants nearby.

The male receptionist. I dont know what his name, because when the first time we came, his behaviour looked not really good. Always looked for us and the worst was he came and said that our luggages , he would be asked security to help him. And he keeps stand near us. Me and my husband was thinking he might be expecting money. But we gave him already. The second one when we were waiting at the lobby, he sing a song. We heard that. I was worked in hospitality before 5 star . And I know the rule become a Receptionist or Reception. We must be have a good behaviour in front of our guest. The first impression from the guest is RECEPTIONIST Thank you 😊

Only minor point - Not clear when/how we would get our laundry back.
Good water supply provided along with tea/coffee supplies. Room to dry small items on fenced in balcony. Good location with mini-mart shops walkable. Vast choice for breakfast. Very helpful staff

1. parking area. outside park is too cramped and still have to share with event guests in the area next to the hotel 2. basement parking. very not recommended design. too narrow, broken turns, inconsistent grooves. and what's even worse is that there is no security standby so there are random cars blocking/interfering with access in and out of cars in the basement 3. human error. chef at dinner. i order Aglio olio prawn, but there were no prawn at all. and I had to pay full.
1. kids friendly: they provide semi outdoor playground (eventhough not too large); rooftop swim pool; animals activity (rabbit & bird) 2. nearby home & central city 3. they provide all of my request notes on reservation 4. cheap resto/ room service
