Room's built quality is not enough to filter the city's noises, especially noises from the highway. The room's entrance door has no manual lock from inside. The hotel's pool opening time only up to 18:00.

The best price for a decent stay near the Mega Kuningan area was the main reason I chose this place. The staff were nice and polite to guests. I got free laundry for 4 pieces of clothes because I stayed more than 2 nights. Breakfast selections were delectable for Indonesian foodies.

The gym's equipment is quite old and very limited. Upgrading to newer equipment could enhance the guest experience and serve as a strong selling point for the hotel in future promotions.

The restaurant's veranda was a nice addition, offering a pleasant space to dine. The breakfast variety was adequate, meeting the standard expectations. The staff were consistently reliable and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We got a cot for the baby without anything… any blanket or so… the ground of the cor was very hard. When i asked for a blanket i was told they dont have one ( no blanket in a hotel??) . It was difficult to convince the staff to provide one. But later they did and all was good

Facility in the Gym aren’t working

I like the fact that Avissa is located at the center of the city. It was convenient! The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Location was a bit out however there is a big Korean shopping mall 7 mins walk ( which we really liked) . Some issues with our air con, pillows could be more comfortable

They had construction while I was sleep next door I had to call them and ask for stop as they used a lot of machinery tools but it was only 3 days and they respected when I complained and stopped

The towel was not really washed properly, and our room towels were greyish in colour (from being white). The TV remote control was not working well, so it was difficult to switch on the TV. Hope that the hotel can look into changing to newer towels.

Breakfast was good and changes daily. Walking distance to Lotte Mall Avenue.

My one and only gripe is the street noise. Next time I book, I'll ook the other side of the hotel. But the views of the city from the 7th Floor are extraordinary.

Flexibility and the professional nature of the staff. In particular the gentleman at reception. I would offer him employment for my business if it were in Indonesia. Keep up the good work.

The rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner, the bottom of the walls were black with dirt.
