From the first moment Made and Ayu give as a warm welcome to their place, bouth of them help us on every step to get to the islad. Everything that we neaded they were there, they even took us back to the harbour for a very good price comper to others. Ayu Hill Bungalows was simply amazing. Great room, with heaps of space and a beautiful view. The garden is relaxing and the owner and staff are very accommodating. For this price you simply can't do better. You can order food directly from them and get it deliver to your room. Great WIFI connexion as well. AC Works well.

great place for privacy. we came here with friends, some of our friends were already live here. we celebrated my birthday and i liked the place so much. i stayed for 5 more days. . very quiet, on the mountain. great view in all directions. the owner is great and always ready to help.. the location is good, so active you are almost in the center of the island. and i really like the green color of the bathtub and the garden inside the bathtub. it creates a special atmosphere..

It is a bit far from the coast road where all the restaurants are but still ok, a 5-10 min scooter drive.

I loved the friendly host and all the bungalows are beautiful and have a nice view. Also the breakfast is ok and they are very punctual with the time you ask for.

Best place I experienced on Penida! In mountains so it’s complete silency, not so far from restarurants and shops if u have bike or driver, comfortable bed and sheets! Nice nature and many seating options around.

Well the guy habing the room next to ours had dogs which sometimes were barking whereas pets are not allowed in the hotel !!

The location is great for the major tourist spots if you're confident on a scooter/moped, otherwise it's a little out of the way from anywhere.

Lots of noise from roosters in the morning. If you are a sensitive sleeper this may disturb you.

Gorgeous spot that was quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery. The little outdoor shaded areas along the view were great for having breakfast and doing some morning yoga. The included breakfast was delicious, particularly the banana pancakes, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was initially afraid that I would be too isolated from everything else at Ayu Hills, but with a trusted scooter, staying in the hills was an absolute pleasure! The ride down to the closes beach town (10 min) goes by quickly and it was exhilarating to ride through the jungle and past small charming villages. After a long day out on Penida, coming back to the serenity of Ayu Hills was a treat. The views are stunning, the rooms very comfortable, and Made and his family are so charming and accommodating. Stay here if you’re looking for an authentic experience away of the hustle and bustle of trafic and city life!

There is not much to do in the location walking distance wise. However, if you can ride a scooter (They provide a scooter if requested), the location is excellent to get around the place since it's located more in the middle.

The staff members were great. I asked for a TV remote, but they ended up changing the entire TV for me with a smart TV. Also, the room is very cosy with a nice view.
