We only stayed here one night when we arrived in Bali as it’s close to the airport. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good - lots of options plus eggs, pancakes and fruits. Complimentary welcome drink too.

We stayed here after our long haul flight for one night only. We requested a quiet room and they delivered. They can provide airport pick up on request for an extra fee. It’s a solid option that’s close enough to the airport. .

There were quite lot of bugs and ants in our room and in our bed but apart from that we had a great stay :)

The staff were extremely nice and welcoming and felt like this was a great start of our trip. The bed was super comfy and almost felt like I was sleeping on clouds. The breakfast had lots of selection and most days we enjoyed it during our stay and they had a good coffee machine too.

The elevators need to have some sort of air vent or air conditioning. It was like stepping into an oven everytime even when the outside temperature wasn't as hot. The breakfast buffet was not kept clean with tons of flies around some of the food items.

Good location in the city, good staff and decent, comfortable rooms. They were also kind enough to hold my luggage for a couple of days while I travelled.

Nice location with a big mall nearby where you can find lots of shops and restaurants inside. The breakfast was good, with a good selection of food and a stall making eggs to your order.

the only bad thing we experienced here was a group of older men staring at us and pointing every day without fail we reported it multiple times to security and front desk staff and nothing was done about it
