We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwedenThe wifi was a bit slow at times. They had several wifis that you could switch between, but it got a little bit tiresome. The kettle and cups provided were also dirty inside.
Super nice room, with big bed, minifridge, kettle, shower essentials and lots of storage space. A nice pool with sunbeds. The staff was also super helpful!

AustraliaI don’t leave bad reviews very often… but this place is seriously Run down. It’s mouldy, and badly deteriorating and the management has let the property fall into bad condition. I wouldn’t recommend it…. You can do much better elsewhere in Ubud for the same price .

SwedenThe staff said repeatedly that they would fix the AC but they didn’t even look at it. One they came very early and asked if they could clean, I was sleeping so they said they would come back. I also told them to fix the ac again. They didn't do any of it. It was not clean in the room. The hole property needs a fix up! very runner down.
