The zircon didn't work, there was no fridge though it said that there was, the toilet was blocked/didn't flush, the rooms were not serviced.

Although relaxing and tranquil, the walk into town is annoying along a very polluted beach and scary at night as pitch black and scary dogs around. You definitely need a scooter. The linen didn't fit the bed and the cleaning was not great.

The bathroom it’s outside the room so it’s not comfortable. The shower it’s really bad the pressure! No water ! The staff are really nice but don’t speak English so it’s really difficult to have a conversation. If they fix the problem of the water in the shower it’s gona be perfect place .

The location it’s great . The road to go there it’s really bad but it’s not a big deal . The swimming pool it’s amazing, the rooms are nice .

Pool is warm/no water flow so at least 30 degrees and no beds at pool. Multiple ussues with water to bathroom.

Nice place, allthough there is still some construction around. Location to Kuta is the reason to book this place. Room and bathroom is clean.

The hotel is in desperate need for maintanence. The garden is overgrown, the lobby is not organized or cleaned, the rooms had old and stained towels and sheets. This property has the makings for a great hotel but at the state it is in it was far away from giving value for the money. There was one drinking glass left by the pool and it was not cleaned away in the whole time (three days) we spent there. That gives me the clue that no-one is going around and checking if places are ok. I hope they can turn it around!

So nothing beats the location and the views! It is in a secluded little nook of the bay with no other hotels and you can get to the center by walking on the beach. Amazing view from the porch of our room and the pool. Breakfast was delivered to our room’s porch which was nice.

I feel that overall the hotel had a bit of a rundown appearance. The bathroom roof in unit 2 had a leak in the roof and consequently after a heavy rainstorm there was water everywhere. White pebble and cement combination platform for the shower had mold all over it. The TV did not work and I had bad reception for the 7 days I was there.

I feel that the breakfast were very good in in choice and quantity. This hotel has commanding views of the beach and part of the township, and at night time is very quiet. The views along the coastline are breathtaking

Great view and lovely pool area. Yummy free breakfast, staff are super sweet, also very accommodating when our flight was changed! Felt super safe and was away from the busyness, a quick walk into town on the beach, otherwise taking the road is a bit long and I wouldn’t love it in the dark. Lovely stay otherwise:)

Air conditioner in room dripped water all over the floor. When it rained the outside bathroom roof leaked all over the vanity and our stuff. The tiles in bathroom were extremely slippery.

No shower head. TV didn’t work. Power kept going out. The road in is terrible. It’s far from the town area. The hot water only worked sometimes. The cupboard for the fridge didn’t close.

The toilet was raised which meant when I sat on it my feet were dangling. There was no cleaning unless you asked for it. You had to put in any food or drink orders through What'sApp which was a little frustrating due to the sketchy WIFI. The staff were hard to communicate with as their english wasn't great but we did get by. It's a bit of a walk to town so needed to have supplies as there is no shop nearby. They only sell Bintang no other alcohol options.

The beach was very dirty and you cannot swim in the sea as there. It’s a 15 minute walk into the restaurants which isn’t too bad.

Was too remote for me and way too many stairs for me but should do have realised when booking however it’s not in the description. To order food you need to call watsapp but the wifi is slow and they take a long time to answer the phone. Can walk to the village along the beach but I wouldn’t at night being solo traveller.

The staff is just a bunch of young boys without any experience in the catering business. This place deserves being run by competent people properly trained in dealing with foreign guests. They barely knew any English and we couldn't communicate at all. This wonderful place is bound to go bankrupt if nothing is done about this major issue. In addition the breakfast was poor, very light and did not match the menu. The garden was ill-kept too, with weeds and tall untrimmed grass all over the place. Finally, the noise from the motorcycle racing circuit nearby was really disturbing. Not what you expect to hear all day long on holiday. The path leading to the hotel is also terrible, muddy, rocky, narrow and dangerous. The beach below the hotel is a real garbage can, no way you can bathe there, and the walk to the village is very long, without any light at night, quite scary.

The view from the room was magnificent. The room was clean and beautifully decorated.

1. The access to reach the villa is very challenging. But I was told that they are going to build a new road with good illumination 2. The access to the bathroom is quite inconvenient because there is no direct access from the room (you have to exit the room to reach the bathroom) 3. Shower is inconsistent (sometimes it is strong, other times weak) 4. No free sandals :(

Mosquitoes! For an hour in the evening if outside. You do need a scooter to get back into town which we expected... younger visitors probably happy to walk.

Value for money, excellent views, good breakfast and room service. Helpful staff. Room 3&4 have the better bathroom access options.Room 1&2 are poolside but bathroom accessed from outside the bedroom.
