Pros - smart tv in the room, spacious room and bathroom, safe in the room, comfy bed and bedding - can rent bikes from the accommodation - really modern and new - decent location with nice restaurants etc nearby Cons - the staff could work on professionalism…the owner constantly burped during conversations :/ and it sometimes felt like you couldn’t use the communal spaces as he / his friends were there - we had a lot of mosquitos in our room and bathroom, no idea how they managed to get in as we always kept the door shut - shower was only ever lukewarm rather than hot

Access to the property. The surrounding roads were flooded during rainy season, nothing the host can do but just bring footwear that is okay to get wet.

Very Quiet and comfortable, close to the Main Street and good host who was able to advise where possible and offer multiple services.

Streets leading to the location are muddy and dark, not the best to walk in the night. Hot water in the bathroom wasn't really hot, just warm. Room is too dark, could have bigger windows.

Friendly staff. TV for netflix (not often this happens for this price). Clean & comfortable room. Pleasant common area.

Location was perfect for both sides of the island. Staff was friendly and helpful, we had absolutely no issues! Bikes available to rent and staff helped us book a really enjoyable snorkelling trip. Room was spacious and bathroom was good. Pool area was lovely.

Weak water stream in the shower, especially in the evening and at night. Staff organized their own parties with friends and made a lot of noise which bothered at night! Almost transparent doors in the toilet — no privacy inside. Very small sink.

Was not the cleanest place I have stayed in, but wasn’t too bad at all, just the corners etc. and shampoo and shower gel practically empty. Could very much use a mosquito net or zapper in room.

Comfortable bed and nice staff! Staff are willing to help with getting around the island etc and have bikes to rent!

Second time I’m staying here, this time almost a month. Nothing compares to this place, it is perfect. The staff is like a family to me, they help you with everything you can think of. Food, bicycle rental, drinks, snorkeling, trips to Lombok, driver, absolutely everything! The place is kept super clean and they clean your room whenever you want. A/c is very efficient, wifi is fast for working/netflix etc, showerhead is big and you also get warm water. Nice swimming pool and common area with big tv and kitchen. You need to try this place and I promise you will fall in love! ❤️

Bed sheets had stains on them as soon as we got there. No room cleaning (but was stated on the booking so we knew) Toilet was loose so every time you sat on the toilet in moved Shower wasn’t hot Was given a laminated sheet with a list of items you can buy which when I asked for water they said they don’t do it? Pool wasn’t open due to being under maintenance however there seemed to be nothing being done to it Could here people outside and in other rooms

The room could be cleaned better, under the bed was very dirty. The pool should be for visitors only, not staff. Loud music played by staff one night. If I was travelling alone I would not have been comfortable walking to the accommodation at night. Dark, small laneways.

The rust on the walls in the pool deterred me from even entering so I spent every day on the beach.

The staff are very kind and accommodating. You can rent a bicycle, book snorkeling tours and even book a horse taxi back to the harbor at the end of your stay. The room was clean. You can refill the glass bottles with water at the reception so no need to be buying water.

My wife and I enjoyed our 4 night stay. Everything is new and beautifully designed. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the air con works well. Plenty of hot water when showering. Good stable wifi and there is a smart tv in the room with Netflix. The pool is great and the staff are very friendly. We liked the location as it is very quiet at night plus there are some great restaurants close by - we recommend Tiki Grove and Bonny’s if you fancy western food. We would happily stay again. You will struggle to find better accommodation on the island around the same price point. This was our fourth hotel on the island.

The bathroom door was basically see through, so if you’re staying with someone that you’re not super close to, could be a little bit awkward.

Great place to stay! The staff were very helpful and rented bikes for us as soon as we arrived, which meant they were ready within 20 minutes of arrival. Which was amazing! The location is a little away from the beaches and the restaurants, so having the bikes meant that everything was accessible within 5 minutes. They were very cheap to rent. The room was very clean and was a great place to stay. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was suuuuuuper friendly and so nice all of them, I will miss them so much! They help you with everything and it feels like being home. Pool was clean, rooms were clean and the a/c worked very good, wifi was fast and location was good and quiet but still close to the main street and beach! I can’t think of anything bad to say, I really loved this place and can’t wait to be back ❤️
