Property well appointed, nice perfect size family pool. Everything comfortable and staff are fantastic with lovely breakfast made fresh every day. Daily cleaning and nothing a problem.Easy walking to surroundings and suitable for families nice and quiet at night. I would suggest only due to age of appliances and fittings fixtures that a maintenance and replacement regime begins to bring everything up to Spec and that only means some things need attention.

The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. The villa was close by to the beach, within walking distance. So good to have 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms! The staff looked after the villa really well.

I disliked nothing about this property.

Beautiful property. Well set up and had everything we needed. Lovely pool, nice quiet pocket of Sanur and easy to grab a Gojek when you wanted to go to the beach or shopping. The staff were exceptional, very cheerful and helpful and provided a lovely breakfast and housekeeping daily. Will definitely be back.

Lovely villa and great space to share and private pool. I love the outside garden it’s always so relaxing. New paving looks great. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Ode has fantastic local knowledge which makes day trips a great experience.

A few small things could be improved, like replacing the plug in the occasionally stuck kitchen sink, but overall, it was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Host was very friendly and accomodating from arrival through to departure! Rooms were comfortable and bed was nice and spacious. Private pool was everything you needed to beat the heat and the provided breakfast was great! Overall would definitely stay again :). Beautiful villa, amazing pool, Ode and the staff were so lovely and accommodating. They could not have been more friendly and helpful. Ode collected us from the airport and also took us on a day trip to Ubud and the Rice Terraces. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. And for my birthday they decorated my room with flowers and brought a cake and candles. Was above and beyond. We had such a wonderful stay, and wished we had stayed there longer. This villa exceeds all expectations and it is absolutely beautiful. I stayed here with my husband, our 2 daughters and their partners, we have stayed in a lot of big villas, but this has been the best by far. It is at the end of the lane next to a school but still very quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants, shops and massage close by. Exceptionally clean, beautiful big pool, lovely helpful staff, good selection for breakfast. Easy to get taxi from outside villa. Well equipped kitchen with triple filtered cold water and ice machine fridge. Loved it all

The only down side is the location. It’s just a little too far away from the centre of Sanur to walk in the heat. However, if you’re not a walker, then the villa manger can arrange taxis at your request and cost around $3 (Aus) to the centre.

The villa is amazing! Very spacious with all bedrooms having their own air conditioning and bathrooms.

Lovely team of people, very friendly and helpful with any requests. We love sanur and would definitely stay again. It's a lovely hidden oasis. Not a complaint just advice to anyone coming, perhaps bring earplugs as the cats are loud through the night, and the school tannoy goes off for about 40 minutes at 7am. Didn't really bother us, but just advice to forward plan. Retro bar and kitchen is a great takeaway, some of the best food we've had...book on the gojek app!

The Villa was wonderful and our favourite place we stayed in Bali. It’s much nicer than in the photos. Ode and his team were amazing and so kind. I was so grateful to see Ode’s smiling face awaiting us at the airport after our very long journey. The location was perfect for us about a 10 minute walk to the beach with an amazing beach cafe and yoga Shala. There are plenty restaurants in walking distance as well. Villa was spacious, great for the whole family. Kids loved it and the pool. Laundry service was the best we had in Bali. We would love to return one day. Thank you so much for having us.

It is worth knowing that the villas are next door to a school which starts at 7am using a tannoy?! Also the villas are situated in southern Sanur so it is worth hiring bikes to get about

Beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean.Three equally good bedrooms. Excellent outside area and pool. Nothing was too much to ask - the staff prepared breakfast at 6.30 am one morning for an early excursion.

Pool was too deep for 2 of our (shortish) adults to stand easily! An oven would have been great in the kitchen. 1 bathroom got rather wet after a shower. School next door was quite loud early in the morning

Family friendly - even for two accident prone under 5 year olds. Super clean and lovely pool area with garden. Outdoor bath tub was beautiful. Service was impeccable - we were so well looked after. Short walk to beach.

Nothing, everything was perfect- the only thing we didn't like was going home....

Wow, we didn't want to leave. Ode, Kadek and team were sensational right from the airport pick up to the end of our trip. Beautiful breakfast every morning, the best pool ever, comfortable rooms, tv which offered Netflix for evening. Wifi, massage to the villa, day trips perfect. They even organized my daughters 10th birthday cake and decorated her bed. We wanted to stay longer!! We will be back. Even tho it is next to a school we are early risers so this was ok.
