We had a restful stay during the holidays, but the resort could definitely some updates. Our villa had visible cracks on the walls that seemed to have been left unattended, very deem lighting and the floor drain for the bathtub wasn’t working properly. Additionally, our villa (No. 811) was directly exposed to loud waves, which made it quite challenging to get a good night’s sleep. The reception team could have handled these issues better. Instead of offering a solution, such as transferring us to a different villa, they didn’t seem too concerned about our feedback. Service at the bar and restaurant was also a bit underwhelming. The staff were quite slow, and some interactions felt less than welcoming, which was disappointing. One of the biggest letdowns was the condition of the beach. The shoreline was quite dirty, and instead of being properly cleaned, the trash was just gathered at the side. We were hoping to relax on the sand, but that wasn’t really possible. Additionally, the beach needed to be accessed thru flights of stairs which will be challenging for those with limited mobility. Overall, while we did have a relaxing time, the resort could benefit from some improvements in maintenance and service to truly enhance the guest experience.

I like how the security, buggy drivers and housekeeping is so pleasant and nice. They always smile and greet us whenever we see them.

The property is clean and well-maintained. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and air-con works well. The breakfast menu is wide enough, quality is quite standard. The egg station can be improved to provide omelette with onions, tomato, cheese, etc.

The shower gel provided was not sufficient. Ran out vey quickly and had to resort to using the hand soap. Also every time you take a shower the water drips out onto to the dry area. There was no body lotion provided.

I book and was promised an Executive Suite with 2-toliets. This is because only these suits have walk-in showers. I arrived early and again was told that my booking was Executive Suite with 2-toliets. However when the room was assigned to me, it was not the Executive Suite with 2-toilents. Instead I was give a room with a Bathtub Shower. At my age I avoid climbing in and out of bathtubs.

TV reception was poor in my room. Shower water pressure was weak. Fan from the bedroom air conditioner was loud though adjusted to the lowest fan speed. Menu choices in the hotel restaurant can be more extensive.

Inform your guests IN ADVANCE that the sofa bed must not be used unless it’s paid for. Dinner by the pool, all grilled food was kinda. That can turn people off. I prefer food that’s nice and hot or warm at least.

Some paths outside were craked and uneven and also the steps. Some maintanace required to make safe the use of these. Also the road into the hotel before the barrier has large pot holes! and is a very uneven serface. It dose not make a good impression of the hotel when traveling to it! Staff over axcious for you to sign the tab when drinks or food is purchased, They need to relax and get documents signed at the end of the meal!

The main pool should be cleaned more often since it’s not clear. The infinity pool as well.

The room is finally renovated and the infinity pool is stunning. The staff are truly friendly even gave us time to use the infinity pool til 9pm bcs our check in time was around 6pm. The view they gave was also the best besides the last time I came. Room 441, no regrets. But somehow we don’t get buffet to eat bcs I truly understand the occupancy is low. Before, it was even horrible bcs the peak season maybe it was around 2022 christmas if am not mistaken.
