It was a 15-20 minute bemo or motorbike ride from Jungut Batu beach. There is no public transport on Lembongan so to get around you can walk (hot and sweaty), haggle with a driver to be taken somewhere (expensive!) or hire a motorbike or golf buggy. Motorbikes are the cheapest but least safe option. No-one wears helmets on the islands.

Good location on the beach at Tamarind Bay. Comfortable wooden “huts” which were almost luxurious.

Amazing little beach huts with outdoor bathrooms! Infinity pool overlooking the beach was bliss, gorgeous huts with comfortable bed and staff extremely lovely.. Great location with massage parlours along the street, ATMS and good restaurants/bars in walking distance.

Cabins are just beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Location on the water ...could sit on the deck all day watching the activity going past. Food very good and staff went out of their way to please you.

Loved the view from our hut, was really close to the pool and had a view of the beach. Breakfast was ok, but limited options. Getting around on foot is hard and taxis are limited so hiring a scooter is the best option.

There was nothing to dislike about this holiday destination and Bay Shore Huts, they are wonderful and continue to exceed our expectations.

We had a wonderful time at Bay Shore Huts, the owner is always around and checking if you are ok and how the service and food is. The food was simple and very healthy, and the staff were lovely. The view is amazing from the restaurant area and the sunrises are special.

A little bit of noise from the local wildlife sometimes disturbed our sleep, but not majorly.

Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, assisting us in arranging activities on the island in addition to our stay. The location was great in east walking distance of Mushroom Bay and a number of great local bars and restaurants. Breakfast each day overlooking the bay was a real treat.

Breakfast was fine but other meals were average. when busy probably need more staff in restaurant to help ,they tried hard but noticed people getting frustrated waiting.

The hut was very clean views from our Ocean view hut was beautiful we were close to restaurant and pool,staff all very friendly and helpful arranging day trip. breakfast was good. View was stunning. the pool was clean and brilliant area to relax. Close to other restaurants.

Numan was an absolute legend and could not have been more helpful, the excursion he organised really made our trip. We saw some traditional dance and worship when we were there which was so beautiful to see. The front deck was fab and the cocktails too. The Villas are pretty basic but have everything you need.

There was nothing we didn't like! The birds tend to hide in the roof pitch and make a mess in the bathroom but this wasn't a big issue and is just the result of the outdoor bathroom experience.

The outdoor bathroom was a little tired but no complaints

The individual huts are well maintained with an outdoor bathroom. There are 2 pools and the included breakfast was yummy. We also ordered lunch from the restaurant which was delicious. They offer massage by the pool and we booked our scuba diving trip through reception. All the staff were incredibly helpful and the location is good too - about 5/10 mins walk to Mushroom Bay and 15-20 mins in a taxi to Jungutbatu

Love the location right on the beach overlooking tamarind bay. Rooms were simple but very comfortable all you could want for a relaxing island stay
