Pool loungers need upgrade

Great seafront beach huts with outside shower for that Robinson Crusoe feel. Very pretty room with decked area and frontline views. Nice pool, short walk to idyllic beach. Breakfast simple but all that was needed. Cappuccinos etc at extra cost which is understandable for price package. Fun place for few days to explore the island.

Price is a bit on the higher side for the food on the restaurant. Also they charge too much for the island tour for just couple of hours time.

Beautiful and a big property on the Tamarind Beach with an attached restaurant that has great view of Mount Agung. Food on the restaurant is good, especially their Grilled Tuna. Very walkable to Mushroom Bay Beach, Devil's Tears and Dream Beach.

Probably the best accommodation we have stayed in!! It exceeded our expectations in every way! The huts were clean and spacious. The gardens pristine and the views…sensational. Staff were extremely obliging and the food was tasty! Perfect stay and we will be back!!!

Beautiful resort to stay on Lembongan, immaculate gardens and stayed in deluxe hut which was so spacious. TV only had Indonesian channels with only one English sports. Decking around pool needs some work as got s very big splinter in my foot otherwise place was perfect with great view looking over Tamarind Bay at breakfast

The bed was very firm - I simply asked for a thick blanket to be put on as an underlay and it was then perfect. There are three breakfast choice, lovely but only offering white bread. It would be great if a little more fruit and healthier bread options could be included.

Bay Shore Huts is located in a secluded sensational position, right on Tamarind Bat where you can watch the fishing boats, the ebb of the tide and Bali in the distance. The street is perfect, a well maintained lane way leading into the Mushroom Bay Harbour where there are plenty of restaurants and facilities. It's quiet but you can speak to guests of many nationalities whenever you want to. The bed is super comfy, the outdoor bathroom a treat, the huts super cute. Breakfast by the sea really starts the day well. We had dinner once there and the meals were yum. The staff are happy and kind.

for us the location was perfect, view overlooking the volcano was spectacular. you could tell the garden was very loved. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Our hot water wasn’t working on the last morning and after three attempts to fix it, it was still cold so that was the only down side

Amazing little huts almost on the beach. Our room looked straight out onto one of the two pools with plenty of lounge chairs available. They have massage facilities on site and breakfast down on the deck over looking the beach. Staff were great and happy hour between 4-7. Scooter rental right next door and plenty of tour providers and shops near by. We felt safe riding scooters here as there aren’t many cars on the road.

We found some of the staff members to be unbothered and unfortunately one of the staff members was particularly annoying in constantly checking in with us - you might appreciate this however we found this to be an invasion of space and quite annoying when trying to relax by the pool. Would advise against doing an island excursion with the hotel if you want it properly organised and a reliable boat.

The huts were very comfortable and clean. The grounds beautiful.. location was good an easy walk to hidden beach which we had to ourselves on a couple of occasions. It's also an easy walk to mushroom bay.

The only recommendation I would suggest is making guests aware of the mosque prayer times, some people may not want to hear or acknowledge this. Maybe a note on the activities blackboard so guests can organise their activities around it.

The rooms were just beautiful, an outdoor shower and a little balcony to enjoy an evening night cap. The team at Bay Shore were a delight to deal with and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend to others who want a relax in a beautiful atmosphere.

The food in the resteraunt was average.

Cute little hut. The grounds and gardens are so beautiful. We had an ocean view that was amazing. Staff were exceptional.
