I was concerned that photos show steps that looked steep. There are steps but staff were quick to assist with luggage. If steps are an issue request a room on the lower level.

Beautiful location just across the road from some of the best snorkeling in Bali. Excellent staff - friendly helpful, nothing is a problem. Clean rooms and swimming pool. Good restaurant and other good choices nearby.

Breakfast was delicious and lots of options to choose from. I loved the location opposite and overlooking lipah beach, great for snorkelling. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and the bed was so comfortable.

Everything was great. Friendly and helpful stuff. They ordered snorkel gear for us. Very uncomplicated. Because we arrived a day earlier and booked another room, we got an upgrade for the other 4 days so that we had not to change the rooms. The room was very cozy and clean. We cloud watch the sea from the bed :) Bathroom had a big size. Breakfast was good. Laundry service was really fast and cheap.

Incredible location next to Lipah beach and the best snorkeling! The views are stunning, the rooms are so comfortable, and the place is very clean. The host and the staff are very kind and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything else you need.

i expected the Beachfront . but it was also Ok just to cross the road and go few steps down . the hotel dont have sunbeds on the Beach

Unfortunately, they had few problems with the temperature and pressure of the water (although it was still warm enough to shower, but not hot - what you anyway don’t need in Amed ;) ) They will fix it soon!

We actually booked for three nights, but then prolonged our stay because it was so great. The room and bathroom was really big with a nice and comfortable bed. also great view over the sea from the terrace and restaurant. the breakfast was included (also not written at booking) and was awesome and yummie. You get coffee, tea and juice and can decide each day between a lot of options. also dinner was nice. although the pool is small, we used it everyday. everyone was really friendly, open-minded and helpful. Everything was clean according to european standards. overall, great time! we will definitely come back :)

Be aware it is right next to the road but Amed is a quiet place in any case, so not that disturbing. However there seems to be a digital alarm (perhaps the water tank) that went off every 4 hours or so while i was there. Also, it would be nice to have a fan, for people like me who would prefer the natural breeze over aircon especially when close to the beach. Having this option will make it great rather than just relying on the air conditioner for air circulation.

This reasonably priced property is great! Just across the street from the only beach area in Amed where you can walk around with less rocks or none (just a bit of sandy beach which is rare in Amed). The room is well refurbished with a blue and white theme. Staff are so sweet and helpful. Towels are great, and there are so many aspects in the room that is well thought of, like sockets, umbrellas inside the closet, etc. The views from the room are also nice. Also, the place is pet friendly - and thanks so much for preparing a bowl for my dog!

this is the perfect stay in Amed location few steps from beach and snorkeling area by scooter close by everthing the staff is so so so friendly and helpfull (arranged scooter and gili transport) food is good! rooms are perfect! with sea view! pool is Nice! we had booked 2 night and booked 3 other more!

absolutely loved it. Extended my stay a number of times and only left as I had a flight to catch! This place is on the best beach on the Ames coast, snorkel off the beach it’s amazing! The room has great air con, great breaky and the staff and super friendly and kind. Highly recommend.
