The breakfast was beyond divine and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The villa is spacious and comfortable with a huge bed. The private pool was a bit cold so we didn't really use it.

The reception could do with a makeover, considering it’s the first impressions of the hotel. Considering the actual accommodation/rooms/villas are lovely.

Its jungle concept, expected the nature sound but there was a bird keep growling on the roof whole night.

The hotel itself is wonderful. It is located in the centre of the island and we stayed a whole day without leaving the hotel. Peace and quiet is guaranteed, the pool is very enjoyable, the restaurant is great, the chefs cook well and the rooms with the views are great too. I recommend spending a day at the hotel, just relaxing, reading a good book.

The toilet was very stained. It was extremely remote … you had to get a taxi everywhere and where Nusa Penida do not have grab or gojek the taxis were very expensive. Food was mediocre, nothing special at all. The electricity went for hours which was a nightmare as they did not have a generator. The internet was very bad signal. Holes in mosquito net

I didn't realise how hard it is to get around nusa penida and with this place being up on the hill it makes it hard to get to places for sight seeing

We ran out of hot water quite quickly. This meant that although we had a bath in our room we could not use it. The hotel is pretty far from the port around twenty minutes. There is no Grab on the islands so you would need to get a moped or pay for a taxi which is very expensive. There hotel does not offer a shuttle and you are basically out in the middle of the jungle. It was nice and quiet and peaceful but not too many places nearby. The hotel restaurant did offer good food for a reasonable price though.

There was only one coat hanger in the wardrobe, some lizards kept dropping big poos on my floor day and night luckily I had the mosquito net to protect me lol. They can be noisy at night too! There could be an improvement with some music in the evenings or afternoons with lunch and dinner to set the ambience! Just some background sounds! Staff to take empty milk jugs or glasses in room when done with

The property was absolutely beautiful especially the pool area and view from the balcony, the staff were very helpful and attentive at all times. Great food and juices! Loved the dragon juice and breakfast pancakes! Staff were very kind and friendly washed a dragon juice stain out of my white trousers free of charge! Also the bathroom was marvellous with a big bath tub what a treat! Great shower too

The location is a bit inside to have the jungle theme to the whole resort so walking to near by area is not an option.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Smiling even though we called up several times. The rooms were made very well and also maintained well. Proximity to good restaurent - delhi 6 which is 5 min drive
