Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandWe enjoyed staying at Be Bali Hut Farm Stay. Made and Wayan took good care of us. The place is very peaceful and beautiful. You are basically surrounded by the jungle. We didn't see any monkeys but they say sometimes you can see them on the trees. Be Bali Hut Farm Stay is a small family business with three luxurious huts put together. They treat you in a luxurious way but don't expect to have a 5 star resort experience- this place feels more homey, which we liked much better than any resort could offer. A free shuttle to town once a day was a nice bonus as the place is a real farm stay- a bit outside from the city, which we truly enjoyed. Thank you for having us!

Bali Be Hut Farm Stay is a small, lovely site in peaceful surrounding perfect to revive from very lively Ubud city. Wayan and Made are super motivated to make your stay to a entirely satisfying experience. We enjoyed the food which we received at the terrace of our bungalow. The shuttle service Wayan offers is another service we really appreciated. Thank you very much!

FranceIt was beautiful, authentic and very relaxing. The boutique hotel is located on the farm of the owner with only 3 bungalows which make it very cosy. The service was really good, you can rent a scooter or either ask the owner to drive you to Ubud center for free and to pick you up whenever you want, and that’s very handy

ItalyI didn’t know that the bathroom didn’t have a ceiling. So yes it’s nice to look up from the shower or bathtub to see the stars at night, BUT it also allows critters to come in.
I enjoyed my stay. The staff was great. Breakfast was delicious and always delivered on time. The laundry service was good too!

BelgiumIt was a bit far from everything, you need a bike or grab. They give 1 free transportation to and back from ubud centre. Not enough warm water to fill a bath.
Very friendly staff. In the middle of nature.

AustraliaLighting could have been better in the bedroom. With the bathroom at a lower level from the bedroom and 3-4 steps down, did not seem friendly for the elderly and anyone with limited mobility.
Good breakfast. We got what we ordered. We also had dinner ordered on one day. It was excellent and to our taste. The serene surroundings was extremely refreshing.

AustraliaIt was difficult to order room service food (I didn't expect to have the option to order room service but there was a menu in the guest guide book in the room). The towels weren't replaced everyday which was probably an oversight. For ~100AUD/ 1Jt IDR per night (I feel like 80AUD/ 800k IDR) would have been more appropriate) it felt a little overpriced given the location and facilities however this felt very much made up for by the excellent service and attentiveness of the staff and owner.
The owner was very friendly and very attentive. Responded promptly to messages. I would definitely stay here again. The bathroom was very nice and there was always hot water. It was reasonably quiet (apart from the occasional farm animals)

AustraliaBe Bali Hut Farm Stay is a really relaxing stay in Ubud. About a 5 kilometer drive from the city. We had the villa at the very end which provided a lot of privacy and you overlook a tropical valley and through the greenery you see the rice paddies. The villa has a very comfortable bed and a lovely semi outdoor bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They organised a lovely birthday surprise for my partner. Just keep in mind that you need a scooter, car or driver to go places. There is not really any food options within walking distance and especially because at the time of our stay they were not able to provide lunch or dinner. I can definitely recommend Be Bali Hut Farm Stay if you are looking for a quiet place in Ubud.
