We'd like to suggest large filtered water containers accessible to guests to stop so much plastic waste. Maybe also glass or paper straws.

Beautiful ambience and birds, butterflies, dragonflies abound. All very private layout with ponds and screenings and plantings. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant on site.

The place is a bit far away from the buzzing main tourist area. But you can Gojek a cab or motobike to the surrounding area. I chose a small room which is at back of the another cottage. It felt like an afterthought after they build the main cottages to squeeze in a room. But the price is reasonable. It comes with a loud ventilation fan for the bathroom. But you can always switch it off after.

It is very quiet, beautiful gardens, nice cosy pool and amazing friendly staff. The restaurant serve good delicious meal if you don’t feel like going out. What stand out among other villas or cottages are: 1. Afternoon snacks 2. Nightly turn down service with bedtime stories to read. 3 breakfast delivered to your room where you can enjoy breakfast on your private patio. I enjoyed a nice stroll to the beach for the locals where you can take a left to the more tourist beach area.

I wouldn’t change a thing.

Everything about this property is amazing. The lush gardens and beautiful statues, gates, ponds and architecture make you feel as if you are in a tropical oasis. The staff can’t do enough for you! The price is reasonable and the food is excellent! We are heading back after only a week away.

Occasionally loud car and motor bike exhaust heard from nearby road. Not the fault of hotel and was only passing traffic.

Spacious clean rooms, with comfortable large beds. The swimming pool and gardens are lovely. Great breakfast included. Evening meals also well priced and tasty. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Balinese massage superb!

Good breakfast served by the onsite cafe and delivered to our villa. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, smiling and accommodating. We enjoyed the facials and massages from visiting therapists, promptly arranged by admin staff. Taxis located just 50 metres away readily summoned for our use. Excellent service and the gardens were exceptional. We just loved the authentic Balinese buildings, artworks and landscaping.

The open-air bathroom needs a bit more privacy covering as it is visible from cottage in first floor. We avoided using this.

We didn‘t like the need to tell the breakfast in advance, even more so we didn‘t like the breakfast very much. The quality was okay and it wasn‘t bad, but it wasn‘t up to par of what we expected of a 4 star hotel. The „living“ room wasn‘t very inviting to spend time there.
