We couldn't have a ground floor room except on the basis of 2 separate beds, which wasn't an inconvenience to us. We were grateful that the hotel met our request to the best of their ability.

The breakfast was excellent in a dining area with 3 listed options - plenty of variety to choose from and very friendly and prompt service. The gardens and pool area are lovely and it is a quiet and restful location. There is at laundry available within the hotel precincts charging very reasonable prices.

The bed was a little firm for my liking but over 16 days I got used to it. I had no other issues with the room but it pays to remember that the hot water will run out after about 10 minutes use so pays to take shorter showers

The hotel is in the centre of a busy area of Kuta. It is down a lane and has no through traffic so is very quiet and private The pool and centre garden area are a credit to the hotel and a kept very nice The cost is below most places of this type and quality and please don’t let the low price scare you off as it is a lovely place The rooms are not huge but the patio area out the front of the room allows for great relaxation The pool is great and I used it to have a cool off most days

It was sometimes noisy at night when people returned home... Especially if they were in the next room.

Nice quiet place within the heart of legian. Short walk to the beach and lots of yummy eateries. The room was comfortable and the pool was a decent size. There were breakfast options available and a gd laundry service on site.

It can be a bit noisy at night from adjoining rooms and above. The pool loungers were very hard and would benefit from lounger pads. In the room description it mentions complimentary water and pool towels. Water was given only on arrival and there was no sign of any pool towels.

The hotel is well placed within the legian centre with a lovely pool. The breakfast options are varied and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. Good pillows on the bed.

I like the size of the room, the bathroom with a good shower and hot water, the large bar fridge and kettle. There was also cable tv. The bed is comfortable and nicely made with fresh linen. Aircon worked well. Close to all shops, restaurants and cafes. The cleaning is done each day. If the reception staff had of obliged to call me a taxi I would have scored higher. Didn't offer to help with bags when I was leaving...once you pay and stay the reception staff couldn't give two hoots about you. Not the hotels fault...but the Saturday night the music from nearby bars was insanely loud till 4am.
