Quiet area, close to Ubud center (15 min walk)

Very good location, near massage studio, good shops and the street was very nice. I wanted to be moved to another room, so it was done. The garden is nice, but small. The bathroom - the toilet was btoken, the shower was very weak. On the pictures looks better. But overall is OK.

The WIFI did not work for the entirety of our stay, this was frustrating and required us to purchase data. The water was also cut off for a period of time without explanation.

Door onto balcony locked but could be pushed open from door jam about 10 inches could not use the bath as it did not hold water

The pancakes for breakfast - something is wrong with the batter!

Staff are gentle, smiley and lovely. The TV was not working properly and a staff tried to help but failed, then he got someone else who fixed it. There are movie channels if you can figure out how it works. I like the frogs' sounds. And the squirrels running along the wires.

Pancake batter can definitely be improved. At the moment it is too thick, and coconut milk and pandan leave juice should be added to the batter to make it more fragrant. I would not order the pancakes for breakfast they way it is now.

Second stay at Arimba at Bisma. Yes, it was good enough to come back again. It is a bit far to walk out to the main street Jalan Raya, but still walkable. It is quiet enough at night for a good sleep.

My pillowcase on the first night of my stay was significantly stained and I could not use it. No hotel phone in the rooms to use in order to contact reception. No TV only youtube access. Pool towels not easily accessible (have to ask staff for towels after every swim). Construction site next door to hotel (noise at times)

Lovely garden and pool area really felt like an oasis. Large room with very easy pool access. Was able to upgrade our room during our stay to a bigger room away from the construction view. Friendly staff. Quiet and laid back hotel Amazing location near so many great restaurants, cafes and spas. The value for money is great so would definitely book again.

Construction work infront of balcony at 8am. Beds and pillows weren’t comfortable. Hot water didn’t last long. The path can be slippy due to the wet weather.

Located at Jalan Bisma in Ubud, this hotel is near almost everything (mini market, restaurants and cafes, souvenir shops, and tourist attractions). The room is clean, spacious, and well equipped. The staffs are familiar and helpful. The pool is nice. It is just they can improve the breakfast.

The road towards the hotel very dark at night and you have to take care mot to fall.

The room and the decoration of the room was very good. The bed was also good. The garden is very well maintained, beautiful plants flowers and trees. Swimming pool also there. Location good, close to attractions like monkey forest and area museum. all in walking distance.

Not pressure on the shower, the bath even though it looks amazing we couldn't fill it up due to the low pressure and the hot water ran out. The TV shows many channels but nothing work. You may need earplugs due to the geckos at night.

The room is really spacious and confortable. Breakfast on the room balcony was great and staff helped us with tours and bike rental.

I think some of the garden furniture and the furniture on the balconies of the property could do with being replaced, spruce things up a bit. It doesn’t need much doing to make it a fantastic place ❤️

Nice property, staff were great , friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely quirky kind of place different from your run of the mill hotels. I am sure you could pick faults if you wanted to but for me it was great and I would go back. Set down a short driveway, very close to shops and restaurants and some nice bars.

All was good but just check your booking and make sure there is a bed for your child (ours had to sleep with us - 11 yrs old) and unfortunately no other room (or mattress) available to accommodate us.

Checking in and the reception area felt a little bit unprofessional and strange at first . .but if you get past that its a lovely property ..... . staff could be a little quieter in early morning around the bungalow. But it was generally pretty quiet place. Would be great if it had brighter lighting in the room - the lighting was a little bit dark.

I had one of the bigger rooms .... it was very beautiful, with a bath and sitting area and big verandahs ... there were nice towels and the bed felt big and comfortable and had a clean mosquito net around it .. no smells, no mould. The bathtub was sensational.

I'm struggling to find anything I didn't like to be honest. Maybe a bit of paint peel inside on the wall but that was about it.

The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was kept really clean. All toiletries supplied in the bathroom and lovely fresh soft towels.
