Staff are friendly. Hotel is nicely located, whilst it is in close proximity to many tourist attractions such as ubud palace, monkey forest and bars/restaurants, you are tucked away in a peaceful corner.

So we stayed in the larger suite for 1 night as we arrived early. Loved the outdoor feel of the outside in the bathroom which was amazing. However, I would have on the outside of the bathroom window - a fine wire mash to stop insects flying in or anything else crawling in, we were in 302. But the room was amazing & spacious.

The location is great for Ubud and its set in a peaceful quiet area, and you can walk into the centre easily without transport. The pool was great. The staff were great, especially the smiling young lady. We will definitely stay again in future.

Requested to book speed boat to Nusa penida, instead they booked for Gili islands. It was last minute confusion and hassle. only communication issue I had

Pool needs maintenance to fix some of the tiles.

Staff were exceptional. The location was perfect for walking to Monkey Forest and Campuhan Ridge walk. Breakfast was served quickly. The in room massage I had was great!

Water in the bathroom is a bit weak.

Feels like your home in the middle of the country side. Woke up with a view of a banana tree. Nice landscaping with a small pool. Simple but good breakfast, can be served at your balcony or veranda until 11am. In Bisma, an area of many nice cafe, restaurants, spa and bars. Staff are very gentle and caring.

Location was a bit far from ubud centre, although it's certainly not terrible, just a bit of a walk.

Beautiful room with lots of space. Great staff, always friendly and approachable. Bed had a mosquito net and mosquito zapper. TV was wall mounted with a swivel which was great for TV and movies in bed. Air con was good and worked. Bathroom was a good size and the bath was relaxing and big enough for two people. Its certainly good value for money for staying in Ubud if you don't mind the bit of a walk along jalan bisma to get to the centre of Ubud. Breakfast was exceptional and delivered to our room each morning. Far away from the main street so it's quite peaceful at night and even during the day.

I loved everything. The only thing I would say is the doors have large gaps so lots of gheckos decided to have sleepovers in my room each night! So if you’re scared of them, I would say don’t go to Ubud at all haha

It was in a great location! Walking distance to everything (if you love walking like me). It had a great pool. Friendly staff and everything was nice & clean. Room was huge! Much bigger than expected.

Everything was lovely, maybe just a lick of paint here and there but really minor things.

The location was great, tucked away from busy Ubud just enough but everything is still really accessible to walk to. The little pool area was gorgeous and the food was amazing too. The thing that made it for us were the staff, everyone was so so friendly, always asking about your day and if they can do anything for you, we had a lovely time, thank you.
