1. The aircond is small for the big room. 2. Some unpleasant smells in the toilet. Need some refresher spray. 3. Breakfast can be better. It's too basic. 4. Noise from the club nearby can be annoying at night.

The room is really big and spacious. Very close to the pool. The staff are friendly. Value for money. Eateries are very close by. Will come again.

Great location near all restaurants shops and rent bike and other facilities , the swimming pool was lovely , room was big and spacious the bathroom was a bit outdated but was no issue

I like everything. The location was great, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The pool was so nice and quiet. The room is huge and clean. They delivered our breakfast as well. 10/10. We will definitely come back here.

Room electric kettle took a long time to heat up. Although we complained several times it was not fixed. Hot water runs out. Not enough to fill up the bath tub.

Very pleasant and quiet place. Close to eateries and Ubud Center.

The AC was leaking down the curtains when switched on. This had evidently been like it for a while as the room had a strong mouldy odour. If the AC was turned on for more than 30 minutes a pool of water was on the floor tiling. I asked to switch rooms but they were unable to help me as they were full. As the room wasn't refundable I decided to suck it up and stay the night. The curtains had black mould stains on them from the water leak. I ended up sleeping with a face mask on because of the risk from mould spores. On the positives, breakfast was good, location was great and the staff were friendly. The leak needs immediately attention before allowing people to stay there as the mould is a serious health risk. The flooded tiling is also a safety concern as it is a slipping hazard, especially in the night.

Staff were friendly, although they couldn't help me with problems I had.

Nothing negative to say except maybe it would be nice if there was one more breakfast option, like a muesli yogurt bowl or something like that. Currently there are several egg options, French toast and pancake.

Perfect location. Close to everything yet super quiet. Gorgeous lush grounds. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Felt like home.

Our room was absolutely not clean, especially the bathroom. The AC was full of mould, we did not even want to run it! We could feel also the smell of mould on our clothes that we put in the wardrobe...The breakfast gets very boring after 3 days so in general I recommend booking without breakfast as there are many places around offering much nicer breakfast for a good price. The pool is nice, however the water was quite cold. Wi-fi connection is poor in the room. It was not a pleasant experience overall for a longer stay with small kid!

The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile always. Location was good with many restaurants and bars nearby.

The lights were very low, the bathroom wasn’t so clean, the closet was broken and the safe wasn’t working. The staff was polite only when we arrived but not afterwards. They weren’t very helpful or caring either. The breakfast wasn’t good.

The swimming pool and the location were nice but the room could have been more cared for.

Shower was terrible. Shower head at waist height above a bathtub with poor pressure. Was hard to block out the lights from outside in the night time.

Room was okay, quite big. Breakfast was simple. Plenty of soap and shampoo supplied.

The staff was wonderful. The room was big and bed was comfortable. Excellent location - 2 minutes walk to the restaurants and spa centers. Mice swimming pool. very refreshing after a long sunny day. I am very happy with my 12 nights stay there.

Arimba is located in a great location to explore Ubud. It’s off the main road so much quieter, but still close to everything! The staff are so friendly and caring- breakfast was excellently cooked. I highly recommend for the budget traveller.
