The hotel is in plaine nature so you can find some “guests” in the room and on the balcony (small lizards, insects, spiders)

The place is wonderful, far from the noise and in nature. A lot of activities suggested by the hotel and a very good restaurant :)

Yes there's sockets near bed but in used for lamp. There's no empty socket for phone charging.

Impressive Sun rise view. Brought along my Kindle for reading at balcony. In the end I was just so enjoyed and relax at the balcony, ended up didn't read much. I could just spend my whole day watching the sea at balcony. Every morning wake up waiting for sun rise, enjoyed my canned coffee with cigarettes lighten up. I will definitely come again with my friends. Seriously can't wait to come again.

The wifi reception is poor during peak hours probably many guests are online at the same time. Should improve on Wifi system infrastructure as using wifi to surf online is almost a necessity for guests who prefer to laze around the property.

The Deluxe Garden little house is isolated by itself preserves the privacy which is important for a relaxing stay without disturbing noise if it is enjoined with another unit.

Nice hotel in a beautiful beach spot, lots of activities, nice pool, great spa, very good restaurant and breakfast. Good WiFi. Very attentive staff. They offer free pick up at ferry terminal.

The food was sadly a weak point and there were no options nearby. Town is an hour's travel away.

The pool was beautifullly maintained and was facing a nice wide ocean view. We also absolutely love the large picture window in our room and the balcony and private hottub. The spa also had beautiful ocean facing views with very good massuers to knead yout pains away!

The rubbish in the water. The hotel guests were constantly picking up rubbish on the beach. Would encourage management to ensure staff pick up rubbish. The lack of initiative of staff. Management should encourage staff to attend to guests at the beach, around the pool bar and the bean bag balcony to offer a drink or food rather than the guests having to go to the restaurant and asking for someone to come and serve them. When someone did come we had to collect our own drinks and then ask for someone again to take another order. We did not feel we were looked after unless we were in the restaurant. The very loud music in front of our room which started very early. It was so loud and inappropriate music that we could not sit on our balcony.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The location is great as well, lovely beach. Good restaurant and food as well. The hotel arranged pickup and drop-off for us as well.. The rooms are comfortable and have the basic necessities.

The pool is very nice and the staff is very friendly. Some people mentioned that there was no real beach. That is not true. It just depends on the tide and I loved walking out to the small island during low tide. We were there during the week. The hotel was almost empty which I personally loved as it was very calm.

Our toilet has a bit of funny smell, which u get only when u sitting on the toilet bowl. Probably due to sewage system.

Great service, relaxing, staff was very friendly and accommodative. Room was clean and well maintained for a 3 star resort, could have mistaken it for 4 star hotel. 😃
