Massage in spa was disappointing. The girl had her phone on my bed keep vibrating notifications and not allowing me to relax. One handed massage whilst texting at times.

Staff were amazing! Especially restaurant staff! Pool was awesome, great atmosphere! Rooms clean and tidy and serviced everyday. Best spring rolls ever!

The staff are really nice and accommodating. They let us do early check in for free. Plus there were complimentary drinks and food! The pool was so nice and safe even without a lifeguard. The buffet breakfast was delicious and really affordable!!

The only couple little things like the pool towels you had to wait for and holes in pool towels. And maybe the sheets on beds some may be ready to renewed

Staff all pleasant and helpful, the pool was very nice good depth 1.5m, having legion food court just down the road made this a good location. And local convenience store very close.

Location was a tad challenging at times due to the traffic, but this is common throughout the Legian area

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, polite and empathetic when a family member was not well. The staff surprised me on my birthday with a little cake and song, which was really lovely. Facilities were always clean and well maintained plus the restaurant food was delicious and good value.

no ATM close by- have to go to main strip although Legian strip is close by on a hot day it is not a great walk restaurant is open so no air con- killer when the weather is hot and sticky

Needed more toilet paper in the rooms - there was just me and I ran out twice and I wasn’t even sick. Breakfast variety should have been the same each day.

I stayed for one night because it is close to the airport. The beds were really comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. The staff was really helpful and the check-in and early check-out was smooth.

The design of the hotel was nice but its on poor maintenance..the room is bit old and need maintenance..our balcony seating area outside room which next to pool not clean and sofa was dirty and with cats fur. Bathroom and toilet stain and mouldy. Housekeeping never clean the room properly..our room we found dead cockroaches pass for two day at same place even after house keeping clean the room after we back from tour. Forgot to place towel and shower gel after cleaning..need to call and wait for 25 minutes to arrived. Hope they will improve the maintenance of hotel and house keeping service.

The description and photos of the hotel made it seem like it was going to have a fun vibe, with lots of young travellers. However, the hotel seems to favoured by domestic tourists. Out of respect, I wore more modest clothing when having breakfast which of course was fine but also meant I then went upstairs to change when we headed out. It also meant there was no way I was using the pool. The breakfast was also more local people with the “western” option some potatoes.

Good value for money and the staff are very lovely!

The pool was dirty, it is not filtering properly, normally we are in the pool every day but only went twice due to the quality of the water. Also the decking around the pool needs a lot of maintenance as the boards are loose and could become dangerous. Some of the air cons need upgrading.

The staff were fantastic, they are your best asset. Breakfast was good but maybe a bit more western food in the buffet. Location was good and I was happy with my room, everything was kept clean.
