United KingdomUnfortunately other guests woke me up at 5:30 as they were drinking vodka in the pool and playing loud music. The one women’s consistent drunken laugh made me go for breakfast at 7am. Management did speak to them once I complained and they did tone it down a little. Fortunately the fan in the bathroom did wonders in drowning out their noise for the rest of my stay.
I chose the location as it is close to everything but away from the main road. It is a wonderful haven with many birds and greenery and the pool is wonderful. It has a vegan restaurant at the end of the gang. The staff were very friendly.

SwitzerlandThe room I had was small, I mean the bed is like 85% of the space. The toilet didn't flush, it was just that typical "shower" of theirs that you could use to flush the toilet. Had to use a vase instead of a bucket to flush the toilet.

Privacy - it's only a few villas (4) so pretty much quiet. Service from the staff - they were available and did always put an extra step.

AustraliaThere was an awful smell in one of our rooms. Every time we turned the hot tap on it would smell like sewerage. The rooms were smaller than expected, there wasn't much room to lay 2 bags out on the floor.
The location is excellent, near some beautiful eateries. Bloom Resort is lovely and quiet, the pool is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

AustraliaThe check in process was a bit strange - we had pre-arranged with the resort that our plane would arrive late in the evening (10pm) and they assured us this was okay. We were met at the front desk by a man who was asleep when we arrived, and he was taking photos of us on his phone without asking/mentioning anything about it. Probably wouldn't recommend the spa services - we paid extra for a massage during our stay which was completed outside in the open in view of male construction workers next door, and the flimsy massage bed broke halfway through the massage
The location was perfect - a very short walk to many amazing cafes, restaurants, spas and bars/clubs. The accommodation itself was quite basic but really all we needed for relaxing days by the pool

Bloom is a true boutique hotel in original Indonesian style, hidden away in a quiet sidestreet in the trendy, area to be in Canggu. The hotel is beautifully created and with great care designed. I really relaxed at the poolside, with super comfortable loungebeds, umbrellas, terrace and view at the greenery. The staff is more then friendly and are always willing and very happy to assist with anything.

AustraliaMy only suggestion would be check the towels as had a few holes in them and the lock on our door was a bit detached and needs replacing as it didn’t seem secure. But the place had security so we weren’t too concerned.
Fantastic location. Walking distance to pretty much everything in Canggu but was also very quiet and peaceful as it’s next to a little banana forest. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were small but had everything we needed and the bathroom was huge. Pool was great and although it was shared with the other guests we barely saw anyone else. I would definitely stay here again.
