Amazing place with great and polite staff, clean pool and privacy. Staff is so nice, they do anything to make you feel welcomed and at home! Place was always cleaned and ready. Great location in centrum, but hidden, so you have your little paradise!

Located at a convenient walking distance from Canggu Beach and Batu Bolong beach, the property is tucked away at the end of a lane full of hotels and airbnbs and has a calm, quaint vibe to it. The rooms/villas were large and spotless. The decor was tastefully done. All the rooms are basically villas surrounding a pool in the centre, with ample greenery on the premises of the hotel. Extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom had twin washbasins and had natural light coming in through the roof which we really liked. The staff was very sweet and helpful.

the location is just perfect, two minutes walking distance from Canggu main road we’re you can find shops, bars and restaurants, also Canggu beach is nearby. Potato Head Beach Club 10 minutes in scooter. the place is also super nice and comfy, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is super cool and the staff is kind!

The swimming pool was quite dirty. Water was oily and it definitely needs to be cleaned more often.

Having considered working from Bali, the wifi could be a lot better in the rooms. But they're new and they did fix it during our stay, which unfortunately for us was on the second to last day before we left. Irrespective, I would recommend Bloom to anyone who asks me, or is reading this.

Fantastic location, conveniently located (if you have your own transportation), close to the beach and a quick 2min ride to the shops and restaurants in Canggu. This was the first time we were staying at Bloom, as it is also a very new establishment. The staff, every one of the them, were lovely to interact with and highly helpful with everything needed. Filtered water available 24-hrs a day is a massive bonus.

Very nice place in Canggu - not completely in the center buf walking distance to restaurants/bars/beaches. AND - this means it’s quiet & you can enjoy relaxing pool time as Canggu can get loud/busy. would highly recommend

Perfect location, very new hotel, nice place to chill at the swimming pool and in front of your room. Restaurant Per se modern was amazing 1 min walk, superfood was amazing 1 min walk. Really close to the beach, close for surfing. Just perfect. Really friendly staff. And we got a really big smart tv. Nice bathroom.

A beautiful little wooden cabin surrounded by lots of greenery. It is peaceful, picturesque and only a 5min bike ride from the busy beach and restaurants. The cabin was really clean modern and stylish inside and the bed was the comfiest we stayed in during our trip to Bali, to the point where we almost wanted to stay in bed rather than go to the beach!! Staff were so friendly and helpful they arranged taxis, bikes and even helped us when we had some difficulties with flights. Absolute gem in Canggu!!

The worst hotel service I’ve ever experienced. When we were checking out, they aggressively demanded $20 for the minibar—even though our friend was still staying in the room. They insisted on cash only, physically attacked us, bruised my arm, and forcibly pulled us out of the taxi, making us late. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

there was poop on one of the clean towels in the facility which they didn't care there was also construction that left the pool covered in sawdust and other contaminants which they did not clean up at night also holes in doors let in several bugs at night.

The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioner was very good and blew cold. the staff was nice and friendly at the front gate.parking was very easy right in the front of the place.

The room was much smaller than in the pictures. I had a standard double room and if I had my husband with me he would have hard time reaching the bathroom as the path between the bed and the wall was so narrow. Also the room was not well- maintained- had mold on the sink, the pain was coming off the wall…

This place is disgusting. They forgot to take out the trash of the previous guests so had to ask. Weird smell in the room. There are old stains on all the counters and toilet seat. No hot water and shower handle fell off. Fingerprints on the tv, dust on the mirror, plus a huge spider web and spider on the lampshade - probably because of all the dust and over clutter. We were woken up with a loud knock asking if we wanted our room clean. We said no. They then proceeded to clean our room when we left for a tour, anyway so not sure why they had to wake us. The security guard was fast asleep when returning back at 2am. Not safe for solo female travellers.

Mosquitoes in room even when careful with keeping bathroom and front door closed. They were around when I first arrived/ checked into the room. No mosquito net for bed (that would have helped). No shared shower for use of the pool after checkout (I probably should have checked this) . Room quite small. PowerPoint near bed didn't work

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Pool / outside area was great. Overall aesthetic and location good. Very quiet at night.

The accommodation was adequate however after finding out that this resort is only 18 months old there are some things that were a let down. We had to ask every two days for toilet paper as we were only provided with half a roll to begin with. Towels were clean but stained. Small things like black tea, a small UHT of milk, bottled water, iron and ironing board etc aren't provided. You can ask reception for an iron however they don't have an ironing board so I had to iron with a towel on the floor. The water provided is in refillable glass bottles which we steered clear from due to not knowing where the water is refilled from. The bathroom looks as though it needs some much needed maintenance. Shower pressure was non existent and the bathroom was HOT. With all Balinese villa bathrooms that seem to be outdoors, this one is covered by a glass roof which turns it into a glass hot house. The mattress is very firm.

The location was great, nice and close to beaches, cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the shared pool is perfect to cool off after a big day exploring.

No mosquito net on the bed and the most mosquitos we encountered whilst travelling in Bali. We had a lot of bites, there’s a massive ditch nearby that attracts them despite of staff members effort with smoke bombs. The decorative sheet above the bed should be replaced with a proper mosquito net. Cleaning was poor comparing to other places. We left our trash and dirty plates outside on the table once and no one collected it for more than 24hours which attracted a lot of insects. Swimming pool was a disaster, it wasn’t working properly so they were just filling it with a hosepipe and it was dirty pretty much the whole stay. All villas were occupied but I’ve not seen anyone in the pool even once. I feel bad to say all these things as reception staff were actually really sweet, but I feel like the owner of the place should take some considerations, if you’re happy to charge people money at least make sure the facilities are meeting the standards

Location is great, beach and local shops, restaurants are close. Busy, but not too busy. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room itself wasn’t bad.

It would be even better if they included breakfast in the cost, as it would mean one less meal to think about! When we booked the option was still not available.

Bloom Resort is nearly brand new therefore the rooms and outside are great! The pool was ideal and it is so quiet - we stayed in one of the studios which was the perfect size (stayed 4 days). The location is perfect, 10min max walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes around. They also helped us rent a scooter and organised a drop off for us at the airport, so the service was super smooth. Definitely would stay here again next time we decide to visit Canggu!!

The property is close to fields and a stream so there is a lot of wildlife. The bungalows are not very well sealed so all the critters get inside. We had geckos, lizards, cockroaches, ants and even a crab! There is no mosquito net which would have at least made you feel a bit protected from all these things crawling at night. The geckos made really loud noises so we didn’t sleep well and I heard other guests complaining about the same problem, but the staff were not very sympathetic. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent - done at different times and to a different standard each day.

Great location in a more peaceful part of Canggu but still close to some great restaurants (Superfood, Fat Mermaid, Basic) and not far to busier areas. Beautiful and well maintained pool. Lobed how all the villas had a slightly different finish so different character. Staff all super friendly.

The staff took care of everything. If you want quiet relaxing stay this is the place. I will return. They take care of all details and really clean. Arrived late at nite and the security person was on top of it.
