All staff are friendly and professional and this is for my parents 50th anniversary, the staff carefully prepared surprise for them and we have a great time here. Also the resort is carefully designed and we love all the details and views, very comfortable and relaxed. Both my parents love the spa services.

The staff were amazing. Every attention to detail was there. We felt very cared for.

Located away from the bustle of the busy streets, once you enter it feels like an oasis. Beautiful grounds, quiet and private with 3 gorgeous swimming pools to choose from, we felt we had made the perfect choice for what we were after; a quiet, relaxing break where we could enjoy good food and great service. Blue Karma delivered it all!

While the outdoor shower was awesome, in our room the natural wood fence had some gaps in it and you could see out to the pool and thus other guests could see in. It wasn't completely exposed, but it was a bit of a concern.

Great hotel, was only there for one night but would return! The restaurant was exceptional, the pools were awesome. The rooms were large and really stylish and the hotel overall was expansive and beautiful with lots of hidden gems.

Because it's small, you need to be aware that it's lacking in f&b service. For example we never once had anyone come to the pool area where we sat to offer food and drinks. Missed opportunity given the restaurant is open all day. Food and drink prices also higher than the 5 star sofitel where we stayed before and no happy hour options advertised either. Location isn't great given the current traffic issues. The top of the main street to go to canguu and seminyak is always blocked up and it can take up to 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to canggu... 8km away. Worth staying closer in if you want to get out of your hotel.

Beautiful and very quiet place. Incredible if you're looking for a quiet and romantic getaway. Staff were all fantastic and very accommodating. Amazing pool areas and the joglos are wonderful. Keep in mind, outdoor bathrooms in wet season means lots of mosquitoes.

We liked everything except for an animal outside our room making a lot of noise. Nobody's fault!

This place is a dream! The room was huge and gorgeous -- an interior decorator's dream. The pools sparkling clean and the restaurant WOW -- best food we had in Bali. And the staff I cannot say enough good things. Every person we encountered was so nice and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The spa treatments were unique and we loved them. Wouldn't hesitate to book this place.

Absolutely nothing comes to mind - it was truly perfect.

Truly one of the best value hotels I've ever stayed at - it deserves better than 10/10. It felt luxurious, completely peaceful and yet was close to lots of things to do. The food was great, the pool areas were absolutely beautiful and the staff was the kindest I had in all of my time in Bali (possibly ever). I even decided to stay an extra day despite a pretty busy schedule because I enjoyed it that much and genuinely did not want to leave.

Peaceful oasis. Lots of space. Food was a lovely Japanese and Peruvian fusion and lots to choose from. Nothing was too much for the staff and they made our stay really comfortable and enjoyable.
