Air conditioning. Truly speaking.. rooms were so big that heating was not effective at all.. all they need is ceiling fan with A/c.

Bathroom sink has very foul smell and does not drain properly, bedsheets feel dirty and sandy (got rash and has never happened before at other hotels), the beach chair mats aren’t cleaned daily and has bird poop

Although they seem secluded the bungalows are actually very close to the main road and the noise from cars and bikes is loud. We used a white noise so we were able to sleep through the night. But something to keep in mind. Also, lights were okay but it seemed very dark in the room all the time. Not ideal if you are looking for stuff inside your suitcase every day.

The property is nice and clean, several bungalows facing the ocean. Decent size bathrooms. Staff is friendly, they helped us with hiring a driver for sightseeing. A good breakfast was included. You can rent snorkeling gear at the front desk and snorkel right out in the front of your bungalow! There are several dive spots too, although we did not do it we met other people who came to the island to dive. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. This hotel is about an hour drive from the famous spot Kelingking beach (aka T-Rex beach), 30-40 minutes to “Broken beach” and “Angels billabong”, and even closer to “Crystal bay”.

The Hotel and its facilities is average, you pay for the view. This beach is prime location to go snorkelling however you need to cross over 80 meters of shallow reef which can be difficut. The Wifi here is terrible, do not depend on the wifi here. There is not phone in the rooms so if you want something you need to always go to the main desk to sort things out.

the location is amazing with the back drop of the mountain, the beach is great for snorkelling once you cross the reef (if you had your own goggles you could be lucky to see turtles if you went early in the morning). there are two pools so theres always space and privacy. the food here was good, but you could easily walk to several other shacks on the beach for different options.

Great location. Fantastic view from villa overlooking the beach and Mt Agung. Incredible snorkelling right out front of village. Staff extremely accommodating and very friendly. The villa was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Hotel is amazing. It is exactly what it is showing on the website. The pool is amazing. Food is very good, as well as the cocktails. There is motorbike to rent in the hotel and you can also book tours. They organized transfer from the ferry (Nusa) to the hotel. Very good.

I liked everything

Fantastic location, great snorkelling in the ocean, which is just a few metres from the accommodation. We stayed in a room that was interconnected so our daughter could have her own space, so that's a huge bonus for teenagers!The property was extremely clean and staff were so amazing,we will definitely be back🙂

The choice of breakfast was limited to 1 selection per person from the menu and also the portion was limited.

A perfect location to relax and enjoy the beach and the sea from your room. You will directly step on the beach from your room. The infinity pool also adds to the setup and gives the place extra vibe. The food options were plenty and also tasty. It was a pleasant stay altogether.
