We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RussiaNot flexible service, hostel was almost empty, but staff send me away to walk around until 3pm (check in time). I was super tired after all night flight. No place in a room even if you have a small piece of luggage, you will be comfortable only if you have just 1 backpack. You have to be pretty fit to climb on a bed, because your shelves are at the same time stairs to climb, so no space to keep your things out of your bags. I booked and payed for 4 nights, but stayed 1 night only, money are not refundable.

Czech RepublicCommunication of the staff at the reception wasn't very welcoming or helpful. We arrived late and tired and check in process was unnecessarilly complicated, with registration to an app and so on. It would help to be informed in a message beforehand, we would come prepared. Also for the first and only time during my years of travel the staff declined our request to leave our luggage somewhere at the hotel after checkout so we don't have to walk with heavy backpacks around the city before our flight. When we asked politely again and again because it was really a problem for us, they said they don't have a room for that and every guest know that and we are the first ones to ask that, then out of sudden had a printed form ready we had to sign that we leave the luggage there at our own responsibility, then opened the door to a big empty room and put our luggage there. What a unnecessary comedy. There was of course no information here on booking about the storage situation, so just you know, you can insist on that.
It was clean and nice looking. You can refill your water bottle. If you come by taxi, tell them to stop just on the side of the road otherwise they automatically go inside the paid parking lot and you pay extra money for those few extra metres.

IndonesiaA voice from the platform (?) is too noisy when we want to turn off the light and checkout time.
It's very comfortable to stay here because of the cleanliness of the room and facilities. It's also located near some famous restaurants and cafes, so it doesn't matter if your stomach is rumbling. The place is quiet, and enjoyable to stay in for a long time. I will recommend staying again in this pod hotel.
