We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room, garden, healthy breakfast, staff/owners. By the way, we didn't know Boge House only provides two bottles of water on the first day of arrival as welcome drinks. When we saw no water was replenished on the subsequent days, we thought the house keeping forgot to replace it. Perhaps this can be stated clearly when checking in or putting a note in the room so save us from asking for it.

The staff were really kind, they prepare breakfast every morning to bring to your room and are very helpful. Location is great, a close walk to Art Market and lots of coffee shops/restaurants etc. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean

Although a bit difficult to find as it is hidden in between shops, the place is simply amazing. It is peaceful, the owners are really kind and will help you in times of need and the breakfast was tasty.

Construction currently going on next door so a little noisy during the day. A few small mildly annoying things like no hand towel provided and no spare toilet paper in the room.
Amazing value for money. Location was great, but by being behind the shops was quiet at night Clean and comfortable.
