Exceptional property. Exceeded expectations. Outstanding westerly aspect overlooking wonderful pool area to tree lined gully and wider mountain views. Pool and surroundings well maintained and clean. Very spacious room. With two balconies with chairs and tables. Very clean. Bed and linens very comfortable. Air conditioner effective. Wifi poor in my room but when changed to office network fast and stable. Very good value for money. A welcome quiet oasis away from the street vibe and traffic chaos of central Ubud

The beds are so comfortable and the room is spacious and clean, the pool area is beautiful. They also offer a really cheap breakfast. The staff are so kind and helpful. The location is really good, it is on a quieter road with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I’d recommend the lemongrass restaurant 3 mins walk away.

Breakfast took a really long time to come and was pretty average so I would say just get breakfast elsewhere there's plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Very clean, great aircon, high pressure shower and hot water, good location and lovely pool area. Staff were friendly and allowed for late check out when our plane was delayed.

Lots of stairs up to room and down to pool/ breakfast area so no good for anyone with mobility issues. The flor tiles are also very smooth and slippery.

The shower had no cold water pressure, which caused the water to be extremely hot. Breakfast was ok, but could use some meat options.

Really liked the setup of the cottage in a nice quiet area, with nice views and pool.

I didn’t like the yellow ( masturd yellow) towels because it was so hard to tell their cleanliness and didn’t use them at all

Everything was great.

The staff were very helpful. Exchanged phone numbers with the manager so I was able to contact her whenever I needed. Very close to the main strip of restaurants , shops etc

We loved Brata Cottage so much! The staff were so helpful with everything and the location is really ideal. Not loud at all and still very central. Rooms were really big and the air con was fantastic. We loved the pool also it was the nicest one we had during our Bali stay.

Some days they forgot to change towels, yet they change immediately i asked.

Pool, view, room, staf, location... I love everthing. Otel at Bisma street and it was the one best street at Ubud. It is at he very center but you feel the nature and slience. Pool is absolutely great. Hotel facilities are more than enough. They clean room everyday.

Not much; The WiFi didn’t work properly, but we had our indand if you have to shower you have to do it in the morning because otherwise the warm water was running out. It would be nice to have those sun beds that you can adjust

We loved it. We had the studio and we had a beautiful view on the forest. The room got cleaned everyday. The swimming pool is nice, lovely staff! The location is perfect; in the center of Ubud and close to monkey forest. It’s a quite area and walkable to where the shops and restaurants are. We were able to use some kitchen facilities to make our own cocktails. We rebooked the room to spend the rest of our holiday at Brata Cottage

Water that was offered had mold around the cap did not drink.

The pool is pretty big and clean. Room was cleaned daily. There’s a fridge. Loved the location just far enough off the busy street to not hear the noice and close to walk for restaurants, water, monkey forest, palace and market shopping. So happy that we stayed here for 4 nights.

Beautiful swimming pool overlooking the forest. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom and additional swimming pool towels. Excellent staff that helped us thorough our misadventure: my wife caught the Bali Belly and we had to call the doctor a couple of times and stay 3 nights extra and we felt very welcome. The position is really good: very central but not in the crazy trafficky area.

Bathroom a little smelly at times ( drains ) . Fridge made a very disturbing noise one night but worked okay after plugging it in and out.

The staff were very nice , nice family run place. Very helpful providing a scooter and offering tours. Nice pool area overlooking a lovely view. Close walking distance to monkey forest.

We had a great stay at Brata Cottage. The swimming pool is stunning and the views are gorgeous. It’s set back off the street so you don’t hear road traffic which is always nice. No breakfast but that’s no problem for us as we like to try different places each day. We’ll be back.
