The toilet is abit moldy and we ask them to clean it and then it was okay. The shower head is old and broken. Towel should be change daily and kindly provide unlimited amount of mineral water as per request.

The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable (soft). They provide motorbike rent with the hotel and there are few convenience store nearby as well.

Breakfast need improvement. Furnitures needs to be renewed. Towels shld change to a better one. Toilets shld be upgraded. The shower head is not working very well.

The staff is very helpful and polite. Location is good. The coffee house is also good. Serving the halal food and delicious. Im happy yr hotel served halal food.

we book 4 rooms 99% of the sandals in the room look already someone wears so no point to wear not hygienic maybe the hotel staff should change them and double-check before the guest check-in, the hotel room color looks tired I think they need painting again and refresh hotel room and don't painting black look weird and not comfortable lol

The hotel location is near the main street so not stuck with traffic jam and the pool look nice

Only potential negative for some people may be that it is a little walk to get to the beach, this was no issue for us and is an easy walk for those wanting to do it

Lovely hotel, we stayed here for one month, we were a bit hesitant before arriving but it was a great decision! Room was always clean, fresh towels and bedding whenever requested, breakfast was included and the selection was great. Pool and the surrounding pool area was also great to relax at. But mostly, the staff were very friendly and helpful

Aircon broken, staff were reluctant to change our room which caused inconvenience for 1 night and half of the next day. The games area was only accessible if you purchased something from the bar which is extremely disappointing. Staff were nice but the service didn't reflect the price and were not helpful or efficient. The gym is pathetic, tredmil is the only usable equipment. Food was poor, the toaster did not work. We paid extra for this hotel as it advertised buffet breakfast and fitness centre but neither was worth the cost. The bathroom in hotel room has not been maintained well, wore thongs inside shower.

31/03/23 •READ• Don’t normally leave reviews but this hotel was great in every way apart from one big problem. 3 of the nights we stayed here was rudely awoken by a couple of rats scurrying around above us we was on the 5th floor (highest) so other guests below us probably would never hear them. it really was not pleasant at all but I have told the staff at reception and hopefully they get this problem sorted. would of been a 9/10rating otherwise

The towels were had brown stains and looked unclean. Avoided use.To get served it took a long time. Meals at hotel were unclear when you could grab it. Staff said you couldn’t use pool after 6 which is a bit annoying if u walk to dinner and then want to swim after. I

I found that for the price the room was as good as can be expected. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bed was set up really nicely with swans. Blinds could’ve been opened

Smells moldy in the rooms, was raining in to most open areas outside the rooms. Its very loud outside the rooms since its ecos in the hallway Breakfast is for asians (rice, nudles, chicken etc, there were white toast with jam )

The smell from the river outside and the bathroom set up, the shower needs a door because it splashed very much. Our bathroom also had a very bad smell, like sewage. And the shower pressure was not high enough, water came out slowly
